A busy morning already today, laser lipo for this client to the tummy and love handles.
Laser lipo is a non-invasive alternative to conventional liposuction to tighten skin, and reduce fat. During this procedure, a laser penetrates the skin to a depth of approximately 6-10mm, without causing damage to the epidermis, to heat up the subcutaneous fat cells. This damages the fat cells, which are cleared away naturally by the lymphatic system over time. Up to four applicators can ...be used in separate areas during one session, held against the skin with straps. Each treatment session comprises 30-40 minutes of Laser Lipo application.
You must then undertake approximately 30 minutes of cardio-vascular exercise to increase your metabolic rate and maximise the effectiveness of your treatments.
The biological process that is set in motion and stimulated by the Laser Liposuction treatments forms a cycle. This starts with the treatments, working with the exercise you undertake and your body’s natural processes. Over time, the effects diminish and you need another Laser Liposuction treatment to maintain the cycle.

Having two jobs and two children, I sometimes feel like I jut don’t stop & I don’t get much time to pamper myself. Today, I did pamper myself, at Revitalise. I had a microdermabrasion & skin tightening facial by Tegan. My skin feels really refreshed and so soft! I would definitely recommend!

Wouldn’t return

Just been for a massage, which was sadly very unprofessional. No checks prior to starting or an contra indications or issues. The therapist, who did not introduce herself did not have her hair tied back, had rings on and false nails like talons.



This is probably why she was unable to apply any pressure. If she is qualified in Swedish massage she chose to ignore what she had leaned. For her own benefit and insurance, she should be checking and getting paperwork before starting a massage.



The room did not have blinds down and despite my mentioning the loud and unrelaxing music, what she changed it to was for her benefit and not mine. The room very bright and noisy noisy and when changing had to duck down so not seen by opposite shops.



I did mention this things, but the explanation was that the place really did other treatments, that required paperwork. It gave the impression she did not feel this was a professional service.
