Prior to starting my program this client had been training in CrossFit for quite some time and who’s body was no stranger to high intensity, high demanding work outs...
... First of all it is a must worth noting that for anyone who has trained correctly for any consistent period of time longer than 6 months onwards will have a better idea how such fast and dramatic changes in only 24 sessions over 8 weeks, is certainly not ordinary, In fact I’d go as far too say that the progress here in body composition and performance are extraordinary.
Given that we did not implement any unrealistic, crash course low calorie food plan that is unrealistic to maintain. This client ate the food he likes and enjoys but stayed within a sensible calorie deficit. He has built awareness of how much food he needs and what that looks like taking all of the B.S out of ‘good’ and ‘bad’ and rather eat what he enjoys and feels his body sustains energy better from eating.
This client has developed high levels of fitness and endurance while rocketing up strength levels on all of his main lifts.
Here a tip for developing your physique that so many overlook ‘if your not getting stronger, then your not developing more muscle’. Making small progressive Strenght increases is fundamental when developing your physique, dropout fat while getting leaner and improving how your body performs and moves.
This is the holy grail that you can spend a lifetime trying to achieve or you can hire the help, train smart and short cut your goals.

Substantial bodyfat tissue reduced, muscle tone increased and clearly new lines and curves to the body which will feel noticeable in clothes
This client achieved this process steadily over approx 10-12 weeks including brief bouts of illness and a family holiday time.

What is a protein, what is a carb, what is a fat, what about veg? . Here is a quick and simple visual representation.... . Want to get super specific on your calories for achieving your results? . Work out your Total Daily Energy Expenditure and then create a calorie deficit so your input of calories is less than your output. . This means you will start to lose weight. . The biggest thing you want to ensure is that you are getting adequate protein so you don’t just lose weight, you lose fat. . Protein increases satiety and is muscle sparing so having slightly higher protein whilst in a calorie deficit will allow you to preserve muscle mass as you lose weight and help you get to the toned look most people are after. . Don’t want to count calories? . Males. Eat 8 serves of protein as big as your palm each day. Eat 3 serves of fats as big as your thumb each day. Eat 2 serves of carbs as that could fit into your cupped hand each day. Eat 1 piece of fruit each day. Eat 8 Serves of veg as big as your closed fist each day. . Females. Eat 6 serves of protein as big as your palm each day. Eat 3 serves of fats as big as your thumb each day. Eat 1 serves of carbs as that could fit into your cupped hand each day. Eat 1 piece of fruit each day. Eat 8 Serves of veg as big as your closed fist each day. . Weigh yourself, take photos and do measurements, follow this plan everyday for 7 days. If your measurements go down then stick to the plan, if they don’t move then take out a cupped hand of carbs or piece of fruit. . This is basic portion control for achieving results.
