Too long unloading

Took3.5 hrs to tip not impressed was on bay 0930 started tipping 1200

1.5 hours to unload 3 pallets, I was fortunate to be allocated a bay straight away unlike the driver in front of me! I am not qualified to drive a forklift but at Aldi or Lidl I unload with an electric pump truck and I never take more than 1 hour for 33euro pallet, or less if it standard 26.

You know what I have used this shop in Shinfield many times I would just like to say how rude SOME of the shop assistants are but today just topped it off I just had to write something.

Managers could you not teach/train your staff to have some MANNERS or at least speak to your customers politely it doesn’t cost much. � rant over

Would be nice if they spoke English and understand what your saying
