Please can you fix your squeeking down escalator... drove me mad in the checkout queue... your poor staff must have got tinnitus from it.. �

Generally good. I think the staff hide the good gin when the special offer is too good, but I'll never be able to prove it.



Almost everyone is friendly and you can generally have a laugh with the staff, as long as you're friendly yourself, obvs.



The only criticisms I have is that the men's toilets are *disgusting* and when the lifts break, they take months to get fixed.

I think security isn't really bothered what's going on in the store. Yesterday a few teenage girls were walking around the store without clear intention of shopping, but they were behaving loud and rude for at least 15 minutes, screaming on purpose in a way as if something distressing was happening, and shouting about sex and condoms. I understand that some people haven't got manners and sometimes parents aren't present, but I think in situations like this the staff should be a little quicker to sort things out...

Never will I ever use this Tesco again. The staff were extremely unhelpful, one was even downright rude. Had the packaging completely destroyed on a birthday gift I was buying as it was the only way they could remove the security tag, pointed out it was a gift and I didn't want it broken packaging and was told it was the only way I was getting it. Shelf labels in the wrong places making items look much cheaper than they are, unless you want to get down on your hands and knees to read the small print, which I wound up doing because the staff refused to check, then being told Customer Service didn't open for 50 minutes when I asked for a refund so I would have to wait! Then when I pointed out to a member of staff that the items were not in the correct places and needed sorting out as it was very deceiving, they pointed to a manager halfway down the store and said speak to him if you want to complain! Absolutely Disgusting! I would give NO stars but it's not an option!
