We used click and collect on the way to our holiday on the IOW, the gentleman was so helpful and whoever picked it did an amazing job. We use click and collect at home and sometimes wish we hadn't this experience has renewed my faith

Thanks to tesco fratton. I bought an expensive box of chocolates for my wife for Christmas. I wrapped them etc etc but when she came to open them they'd been eaten. The squishy paper was still inside so I'm thinking someone has eaten them in store and returned the empty box to the shelf or they have just emptied them into a pocket but I went back today to tell the security guys to keep an eye out for any future in store vultures and they gave me my money back. No receipt. No proof of purchase. I hadn't gone back to get my money back, just to warn them!!!! Well done team.

User

It is nice and airy, plenty of room between the aisles and all of the Staff are very helpful and particularly friendly a pleasure to shop there.

User

I have just left this store and there was the most amazing choir, they made me burst into tears they were so beautiful. There was no name to say who they were.

User

I have just been helped by Sam and Jules the elf who packed and loaded all my shopping for me. I slipped a disc in my back and due to a confusion on times my husband had to do a runner to get the kids. I couldn't have done it without them. Such amazing customer service. Thank you so much

User

Had an amazing breakfast twice at Tesco in fratton, yesterday and today. The food was lovely and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Thank you to all staff, you get a 5***** from us.

Good store park in the dry plenty of variety of food one moan my wife is disabled when I take her to the disabled toilet someone is in there and 9 times out of 10 a staff member comes out with a sheepish look on there face one in particular no names is a security man he uses it all the time staff need reminding its for disabled not a comfy toilet for them

User

I like it but Havant is better. Car park and crossings a bit dangerous. Doesn't seem enough tills but Christina on the the tills is great!

User

Good store I've always liked shopping at Tesco's, but yesterday we the costumes was made to wait 10 minutes before the store was opened and when I got to the fruit & veg iles it seems as though they had not been restocked. The girl at the checkout was very friendly and helpful.

User

Dont seem to have the stock of some stores this may be down to the way the store layed out . but the store smaller than it looks . good for everyday basics and easy to move around so not over crowded is a pluss if you hate cattle market shopping

User

Can I ask, why you have stopped doing BIsto gravy powder? I got some on my last delivery last week and was about to order some for my mum and 2 sisters as a Xmas treat as they can't get any either. So you did it last week but not this.

Oh and your chat doesn't appear to be working. You didn't deliver a swede. But charged me for it

User

A very convenient store, however the parent and toddler parking needs to be monitored. If a parent parked in a disabled bay we would be fined. Also the dates on the fresh fruit and vegetables are pretty poor, also the stock rotation needs to sorted out. Most staff are extremely helpful, yesterday however I was asked by a staff member and I quote you do know the store is shut. I replied that yes indeed I do, given that it's Sunday trading I have until 16:30 to get through the tills. Thank you for reminding me though. Very rude individual.

User

Thing that I find ridiculous is the parent/children bays are closer to the door at Tesco then the disabled bays! Since when does having children make you worse at walking than being disabled??!!

User

Be careful when ordering the Lay-Z Spa Miami from Tesco Direct, as they will not necessarily have the hot tub in stock (despite the website saying they do). Arranged for delivery and did not turn up; then rearranged as 'problem' their end, to which nothing again! Finally they admit to not having the product in stock. Awaiting a refund and have gone through another company who have dispatched immediately on ordering. Turns out better value and the step up at X company. I could not risk ordering in another two weeks, for potentially the same issue to arise!

User

Will never be shopping here again. Went to customer service with a query about my bill. To be faced with the most sour faced woman. Huffing a making faces. Making out like it was an absolute chore to check my query. I work in customer service and would never treat a customer like this. Disgusting !!!

User

Went to the store to pick up a pre-ordered Lego Starwars Game and exclusive pre-order figure. Got there and price was higher than the price on the shelf says and no figures available. What was the point in pre-ordering it at Tesco if the exclusive Tesco figure isn't there? Never again

User

Went into your store yesterday to try and buy some fish and other bits. After being faced with high prices for potatoes and dates i went to find some locally farmed or caught fish. The closest i could find to Hampshire was Vietnam!!! Ironically on the way out empty handed i was greeted by a massive poster stating how Tescos supports local farmers like the one in the oversized photo!! Please either stock your stores with local produce or take down misleading posters like that in your store!

User

Was very disappointed yesterday when I arrived at the check out to be told i couldn't buy two cans of 6% mojitos if i was going to Fratton Park 1.5 hours later. Well, I'm a 54 year old woman with my 84 year old mum who's been a season ticket holder for 65 years. We were returning to her car to sit for an hour and do the News crossword. Can someone explain to me what the problem with purchasing 2 tiny cans if drink was or where the explanation was to have saved me embarrassment? Never been refused drink before. Thanks for new experience and encouragement to lie next time. If there is a next time.

User

Once again I find myself stuck in the toilets requesting someone from far away to come assist because there is no bog roll! Written from the seat that betwixt thine arse cheeks! Get it sorted with checking. Especially considering I'm in the disabled toilet!!!!!
