Tetsujin Martial Arts Academy Description
At Tetsujin Martial Arts Academy we teach martial arts to the local community with an emphasis on teaching children and young people in and around Southall. We specialise in teaching effective self defence techniques within a safe and friendly environment. Chief Instructor Of Tetsujin Martial Arts Academy - Peter Jackson - 1st Dan black belt
With 11 years experience training in Choi Kwang Do, Peter Jackson took over Tetsujin Martial Arts Academy August 10th 2007 (Formally known as Southall Martial Arts Academy). Peter has also previously trained in Muay Thai, Judo, Ju Jitsu, Boxing and Escrima.
Assistant Instructor At Tetsujin Martial Arts Academy - Vivek Bhukhan - 1st Dan black belt
With 8 years experience training in Choi Kwang Do, Vivek Bhukhan has come along way with Tetsujin Martial Arts Academy. Starting at the age of 7 he has progressed through the ranks to attain his 1st Degree black belt.
Assistant Instructor At Tetsujin Martial Arts Academy - Rupinder Chagger - Brown Belt
With 6 years experience training in Choi Kwang Do, Rupinder Chagger has put in alot of effort to reach where she is now. Starting at the age of 9 she has worked hard amongst the others to keep her place as an Assistant instructor at Tetsujin Martial Arts Academy.

As many of you now know, yesterday was our last session at Hambrough. From next week we will be moving to Southall Sports Centre. Days and times will hopefully remain unchanged, but more details will follow on Monday.
Just a reminder that lessons resume as normal today. As mentioned last month, there will be no fees for April to make up for the missed lessons during the previous half terms
I would like to apologise for the unexpected cancellation of today's class. We will have three classes to make up both today's missed lesson and the lessons missed over the half term. There will of course be no charge for these lessons.
Now for some good news. We finally have all the equipment that has been ordered, it will be handed out on Friday.
Once again, sincere apologies for the cancellation today. If any parents would like further details please don't hesitate to cont...act me.

Apologies for the late notice but there will be no class today (Tuesday 15th July). Class should be back on this Friday as normal but please do check the page for updates nearer the time. I am sorry for any inconvenience.

A couple of brief reminders. There will be no class on Friday 30th of May as Mr Jackson is unavailable.
From June-September the teens class will be switching to Fridays 6-7PM. There will be no changes to the childrens classes.
Just a reminder that there is no lesson today (Good Friday) as it's a Bank holiday and the school is closed. I hope everyone has a great Easter Weekend and we'll see you all on Tuesday when lessons resume.

Quick reminder, we need to see all of the parents tomorrow at the beginning of class, there is some important news.
Congratulations to all those who passed the December grading, especially those who received their black belts today. I have been fortunate to have trained most of you since you were little children, and I am so proud to see the fine young men and women you've come to be. Your level of commitment to your training has been nothing short of inspirational. You have overcome obstacles and pushed yourselves further than you thought possible, and now you've achieved a rank that few reach. I feel privileged to have helped you get there. Well done, and I'll see you at class soon!

Well done to all of those who graded yesterday! Particularly the black belt candidates. You all worked tremendously hard. We are very proud of you. Special thanks to Mr Khan of MAKS Martial Arts Academy and Mr Sehmbi for coming down as guest examiners. We couldn't have done it without you.
Remember that the results will be given out on Tuesday the 7th of January. Enjoy the Christmas break and we will see you all then!
