Wow 2 years ago today we ventured into this amazing place, it only seems two minutes ago. We have come so far with the help of an amazing team and all our loyal customers, our family and of course The Bridgehouse Brewery team for having faith in us to lead their flagship pub. We are approaching Valentine’s Day and thought we’d do something a little different. Who’s love story started at the Heifer wether it be a first date a proposal, a blind date even a wedding? We would love to hear of any loving memories that involve our so much loved pub. The most romantic story will win a £25 voucher plus a bottle of fizz. Closing date 10th February winner announced on Valentine’s Day 🥰🥂❤️
No need to have Monday blues at The Heifer. All Cask Ales are £2 per pint plus it’s sharing platter day a choice of one of our fabulous platters plus a drink each for £22. (This is based on 2 people sharing with a drink which is included in the offer)

YEAH!!!! That has been the strangest 3 days having the pub empty. We’ve missed you all. We are open from 11.30 this morning serving food as normal from 12-3 then 5pm -9pm can’t wait to see your lovely faces 😀 thank you for your patience.

Well the works definitely getting done here at The Heifer, new flooring going down in the kitchen tomorrow all the paintwork is getting re-touched plus our disabled toilet is getting a makeover. What are the staff doing I hear you ask, having a well earned break after Christmas and tonight finally we are having our Christmas do 🥂🌲. Thank you for your patience whilst we are closed and we look forward to seeing you from Thursday onwards.
