Not a bad place for a drink and serves good food in decent amounts

Nice typical British pub nice open fire friendly bar staff served food however we didn't eat here but look good perfect to relax with a pint had candles lit and was very nice

User

Good beer, good food and proper pub, Food service is a bit slow. Waited half an hour for a sandwich, but it was a VERY nice sandwich though! Ploughman has a good portion of cheese too!

User

Brilliant friendly pub, great food, so good we visited twice in one day!

User

A beautiful public house! Very attractive from the outside and beautiful beams on the inside! Friendly staff. Good beers and food! We loved it!

I have never seen such a disorganised pub on what would have one of their busiest nights of the year (Rugby World Cup)

No sound on the Tv in the beer garden

A manager who works in the kitchen when his 3 bar staff are swamped behind the bar

When he finally started collecting glasses there was no sense of urgency.

I felt so sorry for the bar staff. They were doing there level best with no leadership support.

Having visited this pub several times, it is very quickly getting worse and is in desperate need of a change of management.
