Went to burger bros this morning for breakfast with my wife and two girls and enjoyed every bit. The wife and daughter had American pancakes and they said they were the best they've had. I had a full English and tasted good. Good music on in the background and the stuff were spot on. Very polite and helpful. Looking forward in going back.

Went here last night with friends and it did not disappoint! Had only been for drinks before and I’m so glad we ate this time. We shared starters between 4, the fried pickles and chicken wings were delicious!

I had the Tijuana burger and really enjoyed the flavours put together. The burger was juicy and the chips were perfect. Great drinks on the menu too!

We had breakfast here today.in deal ..it was simply delicious...we were welcomed and given every attention even tho we had 4 kids in tow...one of which was quite noisy... kids loved their pancakes...we had the full english and the sourdough with avocado and perfectly done poached eggs.... yum ..thank u

The staff were super friendly and approachable, they made our tired three year old feel special as well.



The specialist beer was delicious, and sensibly priced.



But the best was the namesake of the restaurant. When ordering a craft burger there is always the chance that more is put into making it a craft burger than making it taste good. That is absolutely not the case here! The burger was delicious! Juicy burger, thick, crispy bacon and crisp salad. Plus pickles with just the right punch! Will be coming back if we stay at Deal again!

Very responsive to book as I tried via Facebook and it worked really well. I know it's not the traditional way , I really needed to make sure I could book in Tap bar because not everywhere appreciates us bringing our Puggies along, so always book ahead and double check!

We were instantly greeted by Rachel and Coco and Fudge got a cuddle too.

Everyone is very friendly and the service was first class . I had a chocolate milkshake , very nice , I had the Double Daddy Burger , if I paid £1 extra I got a deal on the onion rings , should never had those too much with the Burger as it was massive, my wife had the Tijuana Burger with no cheese, nachos etc was not too spicy, the fries had their skins on and as usual served in a mini bucket , which seems to be in vogue in all of these Burger joints now , plenty of fries so no complaints . The drinks menu was vast and even a selection of cask beers , plus cocktails too. As most of my readers know I visit burger joints alot and this is one of the better ones .

I organised a surprise meal for my husband's 40th at the Deal branch of Burger Bros on a Friday night. From my first contact with staff, everything was faultless. They were responsive to emails and questions, sent out a menu for us to pre order meals to help the evening go smoothly (and to help the chef plan), allowed me to go over and drop off banners, balloons etc and even set it all up for me. We were a party of 18 and they accommodated us in the downstairs bar, which was perfect. We also were able to keep the area for a "private" party. Only 2 of the party have ever eaten at Burger Bros before, and yet everyone has said they want to return. The food was amazing, absolutely delicious and VERY generous portion sizes. If I were being realllly picky I would say the fries weren't piping hot, however, they certainly were not cold and they staff actually did a fantastic job in feeding 18 of us at the same time, so I can't really complain about something so minor!! The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the cocktails were delicious. I loved the Cherry Bakewell. I'm afraid I didn't like the bacon bourbon one at all, but my husband loved it, so the menu clearly caters for everyone's different tastes!! I was bowled over with how helpful and accommodating you guys were and I really cannot thank you enough for hosting such a lovely evening with fantastic food. We will certainly be returning, and hopefully soon!!!

Had Sunday breakfast here after our overnight stay at the Clarendon. We had the Limey and it was delicious. Will certainly be going back for more.

Booked online for a table of 6. Added a note that we had someone with a birthday. The restaurant had Happy Birthday banners on our table!! Super nice staff. We had a great time and the food was amazing. Sat upstairs overlooking the water, so we had a great view. very accommodating, as they held on to the birthday cake and brought it out at the end of the meal. :)

This is the 2nd time I have been here. The first time was about a year ago. We booked for 6 people at 8pm. We left at 10 as the food had not arrived. Such a Shame. However the manager did call and was advised he would sort something out for us if we returned. Unfortunately I hadn't got round to it so when my friend said she was coming to stay. I thought I would give it a go. I booked with the online booking. This could have been a disaster as when we arrived they had no record. They did find us a table. Albeit down stairs in the bar area and we had a fab meal. Burger was amazing and the Nachos were to die for! Do all in all I will come back. Just to say need to sort that booking system or just get people to call direct. It must be easier and you won't have to disappoint. Also I really think the restaurant should be upstairs and the bar should be a bar as it can get really noisy downstairs whilst eating. Thanks for a great night, service and amazing � cocktail. The food is always great, but the service is poor. Our table was booked for 7pm and AFTER we ordered food and drinks, we were told there is a 40 minute wait. A little annoyed but things happen and at least she warned us. After waiting an hour i had to go down stairs and find someone to ask where our food was and was told another 10 minutes. 20 minutes later i had to go down stairs again and chase it up. Waiting an hour and a half for food is just unacceptable. The lady serving us did apologize and took the drinks off our bill, but it still ruined our dining experience. The explanation was that a new chef was left on his own for the 1st time, hardly the thing to do on a Saturday. There were two other tables in at the same time as us, i hate to see how he copes fully booked!

Staff are very friends, we tried the bbq plate to share, overall the food tasted really nice but did find that a lot of the meat was very fatty and not a lot of it especially for sharing. Also things like steak knives should be given when serving this type of food. Overall I don’t feel it was worth what was charged.

I am a big burger fan and had never visited any of the burger brothers restaurants.



I went to the one in Deal and had the salt beef burger. The burger was tasty, the staff were nice and they had a good beer selection on.



I asked for my burger to be medium rare and was told this wasn’t possible due to health and safety reasons. This confused me as plenty of other places do their burgers medium rare. Byron do it as standard unless you specify otherwise.



For the price of a gourmet burger I would expect to be able to choose how it was cooked. If I could have got it medium rare this would have been a four star review.

I went to the ladies whilst my husband told them we had a reservation.

The toilets were not nice at all (dirty, not clean and very shabby)and so for me it wasn't a great start.

Layout is rather bizarre in my opinion.

Sticky floors and unclean table greeted us.

My husband and I shared two Starters, the starter I wanted on the menu was not available. Looked nice but one of them was just warm in the middle I'm guessing it's because the other starter needed to be deepfried and so it was sat on the side. Tasted very nice though.

The dip that came with starter I'm thinking was some kind of smokey BBQ ish sauce, the twang was not good, the overpowering taste of either thyme or rosemary was just too much.



My burger was nice, just nice.



However my husbands burger was far from nice.



We were going to have a dirty shake but the disappointment of the 2 courses prompted the bill and my husband spoke to the chef explaining how his burger was not good.



£10 was knocked off the bill.



Sadly we won't be returning.



Such a shame as we were recommended this place after telling a relative about a lovely burger meal we'd had at the no name dining company in Whitstable a couple of years ago and so my nephew said try burger bros as they used to be in Whitstable, so we did give you a try and was disappointed �

We booked a table for 12pm on Father's Day and when we arrived they told us it was 1pm as they don't serve burgers until then, I showed them a copy of my booking which said 12. We came back at 12.50 and they took our order, 10 minutes later they said they couldn't get their cookers started so our food came at 1.45, food was average, definitely not worth the wait and we won't be going back! No discount offered for their mess up either, also don't seem to have a kids menu as weren't told about one

I booked a table for my dads birthday over an hour previous to the slot. We got here and there were no staff at all around. The weather was horrid and we had to stand there soaking wet through. They finally took us upstairs and the tables were not ready at all. They put a few a few tables together and then asked for my name, they though we were another table. After being told to go downstairs they then changed their mind and returned us upstairs carrying my baby and pram!

We sat down to order after a while we were attended. The drinks were forgotten and I had to ask. My daughters burger was left at the serving window! My other half had to collect it and presumed it was hers? I aske she waitress and she didn't know? Absolutely awful customer service!!

My burger came, I asked for it well done, it was rare to Medium. My husband had mine so he's was over cooked and dry. She made him another burger and by that time I was angry and wasn't hungry. The manager took the drinks off the bill but I didn't think that was enough. So disappointed as I chose that restaurant as I always wanted to try it! Wish it didn't :(

If I were being realllly picky I would say the fries weren't piping hot, however, they certainly were not cold and they staff actually did a fantastic job in feeding 18 of us at the same time, so I can't really complain about something so minor!! The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the cocktails were delicious. I loved the Cherry Bakewell. I'm afraid I didn't like the bacon bourbon one at all, but my husband loved it, so the menu clearly caters for everyone's different tastes!! I was bowled over with how helpful and accommodating you guys were and I really cannot thank you enough for hosting such a lovely evening with fantastic food. We will certainly be returning, and hopefully soon!!!

Had Sunday breakfast here after our overnight stay at the Clarendon. We had the Limey and it was delicious. Will certainly be going back for more.

Booked online for a table of 6. Added a note that we had someone with a birthday. The restaurant had Happy Birthday banners on our table!! Super nice staff. We had a great time and the food was amazing. Sat upstairs overlooking the water, so we had a great view. very accommodating, as they held on to the birthday cake and brought it out at the end of the meal. :)

This is the 2nd time I have been here. The first time was about a year ago. We booked for 6 people at 8pm. We left at 10 as the food had not arrived. Such a Shame. However the manager did call and was advised he would sort something out for us if we returned. Unfortunately I hadn't got round to it so when my friend said she was coming to stay. I thought I would give it a go. I booked with the online booking. This could have been a disaster as when we arrived they had no record. They did find us a table. Albeit down stairs in the bar area and we had a fab meal. Burger was amazing and the Nachos were to die for! Do all in all I will come back. Just to say need to sort that booking system or just get people to call direct. It must be easier and you won't have to disappoint. Also I really think the restaurant should be upstairs and the bar should be a bar as it can get really noisy downstairs whilst eating. Thanks for a great night, service and amazing � cocktail. Waiting an hour and a half for food is just unacceptable. The lady serving us did apologize and took the drinks off our bill, but it still ruined our dining experience. The explanation was that a new chef was left on his own for the 1st time, hardly the thing to do on a Saturday. There were two other tables in at the same time as us, i hate to see how he copes fully booked!

We sat down to order after a while we were attended. The drinks were forgotten and I had to ask. My daughters burger was left at the serving window! My other half had to collect it and presumed it was hers? I aske she waitress and she didn't know? Absolutely awful customer service!!

My burger came, I asked for it well done, it was rare to Medium. My husband had mine so he's was over cooked and dry. She made him another burger and by that time I was angry and wasn't hungry. The manager took the drinks off the bill but I didn't think that was enough. So disappointed as I chose that restaurant as I always wanted to try it! Wish it didn't :(

Went to burger bros this morning for breakfast with my wife and two girls and enjoyed every bit. The wife and daughter had American pancakes and they said they were the best they've had. Went here last night with friends and it did not disappoint! Had only been for drinks before and I’m so glad we ate this time. We shared starters between 4, the fried pickles and chicken wings were delicious!

I had the Tijuana burger and really enjoyed the flavours put together. The burger was juicy and the chips were perfect. Great drinks on the menu too!

We had breakfast here today.in deal ..it was simply delicious...we were welcomed and given every attention even tho we had 4 kids in tow...one of which was quite noisy... kids loved their pancakes...we had the full english and the sourdough with avocado and perfectly done poached eggs.... yum ..thank u

The staff were super friendly and approachable, they made our tired three year old feel special as well.



The specialist beer was delicious, and sensibly priced.



But the best was the namesake of the restaurant. When ordering a craft burger there is always the chance that more is put into making it a craft burger than making it taste good. That is absolutely not the case here! The burger was delicious! Juicy burger, thick, crispy bacon and crisp salad. Plus pickles with just the right punch! Will be coming back if we stay at Deal again!

Very responsive to book as I tried via Facebook and it worked really well. I know it's not the traditional way , I really needed to make sure I could book in Tap bar because not everywhere appreciates us bringing our Puggies along, so always book ahead and double check!

We were instantly greeted by Rachel and Coco and Fudge got a cuddle too.

Everyone is very friendly and the service was first class . I had a chocolate milkshake , very nice , I had the Double Daddy Burger , if I paid £1 extra I got a deal on the onion rings , should never had those too much with the Burger as it was massive, my wife had the Tijuana Burger with no cheese, nachos etc was not too spicy, the fries had their skins on and as usual served in a mini bucket , which seems to be in vogue in all of these Burger joints now , plenty of fries so no complaints . The drinks menu was vast and even a selection of cask beers , plus cocktails too. As most of my readers know I visit burger joints alot and this is one of the better ones .

I organised a surprise meal for my husband's 40th at the Deal branch of Burger Bros on a Friday night. From my first contact with staff, everything was faultless. They were responsive to emails and questions, sent out a menu for us to pre order meals to help the evening go smoothly (and to help the chef plan), allowed me to go over and drop off banners, balloons etc and even set it all up for me. We were a party of 18 and they accommodated us in the downstairs bar, which was perfect. We also were able to keep the area for a "private" party. Only 2 of the party have ever eaten at Burger Bros before, and yet everyone has said they want to return. The food was amazing, absolutely delicious and VERY generous portion sizes.
