What a stay. My 40th birthday celebrations finished off with a proposal at sunset looking out to the sea at The Cliff House. The staff were so excited for us. Food was amazing, so fresh and tasty, our room was beautiful and very tastefully decorated with a stunning view.

A perfect hotel for a perfect 24 hours.

We went for lunch last Sunday (we're from Ventnor on the Isle of Wight). The staff were very friendly and attentive, we didn't have to ask for a smaller fork for Mum, it just appeared. And the lunch was absolutely delicious, the slow roasted pork just fell apart and the coffee dessert was to die for. I would have no hesitation in making a return visit.

We live in Belgium ..went with our best english Friends to have diner at the Cliff house....very Nice and lovely food and Nice people... Next time we Will come back....�

We came to the Cliff House for a retirement do dinner. The food was amazingly good, desserts so tasty. And the service was spot on! Such a lovely venue and beautiful views.

We came for a meal last night to celebrate our third wedding anniversary. We have lived in New Milton for nearly 2 years but it was our first time trying the Cliff House.

We were made to feel very welcome by the lady on reception who showed us to a lovely seating area outside overlooking the sea. We were given blankets by Steve (who I assumed was the Manager) as it was a bit chilly.

The decor inside the bar and restaurant is laid back with a coastal theme which is just perfect for the location. I cannot express enough what a welcome change it was to have so many young, friendly, funny, attractively presented, attentive & thorough bar and waiting staff looking after us. The restaurant was heaving and yet our food was out impressively quickly and steaming hot. Nothing was forgotten.

The starters and mains were delicious and the portions generous.

Unfortunately I didn’t have room for pudding as I had been looking forward to trying the Cliff House Rocher. But that gives us an excuse to come back!

So pleased to have found a decent restaurant so near to where we live.

We booked The Cliff House for my mother-in-laws birthday. From the moment we arrived the owner and staff were all wonderful, accommodating and attentive. We were given a lovely table with views out to sea. Food was delicious and well presented and the birthday cake we brought was served with aplomb! ...(and there was no charge for bringing this as we have known in other establishments, in fact pastry forks and plates were laid for it ) All in all a fabulous place. Try it. You won’t be disappointed. We will be back. How could i resist a Gin menu of such quality �

This is a fantastic venue, we went there for wine in the late afternoon yesterday and tea this morning. It is a great place to visit with a fab view. The staff are lovely and look forward to visiting more when we move to the area !

Such a great place to eat, drink, chill, relax by the sea. Stunning views, excellent food, lovely atmosphere, staff are so friendly & accommodating, highly recommend.

Stopped in today for lunch with my Mum and brother for an early Mother’s Day treat and what a treat it was! Lovely seasonal food served without fuss by friendly staff. Beautiful views today were an added bonus! Highly recommended �

So incredibly pleasantly surprised by this place. We've been to many resturaunts in the area for years but never considered the cliff house before and now feel like we've been missing out!! Absolutely delicious food, the best we've had for some time. The staff were attentive, helpful and relaxed and it was all beautifully laid out and I would say perfectly priced. Definitely going back as soon as possible!!

Scrumptious afternoon tea and prosecco. Best afternoon tea my friend and I have had in a long time. Lovely scones, beautifully fresh sandwiches and yummy cakes. We will be back! A very enjoyable laid back afternoon. Thank you Cliff House Hotel!!

Lovely stay for my friends 40th this wkd! Great hosts, friendly staff, fab hotel! Clean, fresh and modern! Really love the outside space! Would love to go back! �

Lovely birthday meal on 27th April. I chose from the Fish & Fizz menu which was a lovely piece of beautifully cooked skate and a glass of prosecco. Liver parfait for starters and a cheeseboard to finish. My husband had a delicious sirloin steak and ice cream to follow, washed down with a nice bottle of Shiraz. As always Steve made us welcome.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Hayley, Steve and the team. We had a lovely couple of nights and the perfect sunday with you guys. Beautiful weather to relax, fantastic breakfast and lunch as well as some lovely gin and tonics. Thanks to you all.

Just spent two nights at this lovely location this was r third visit didn’t want to come home roll on may bank holiday when we r going back well done Hayley and Steve great staff too

I’ve just had one of the best meals I’ve had in a very long time. Every course was fantastic & the most amazing chicken burger I’ve ever eaten in my life. Also the staff are super friendly and attentive.

Had an amazing weekend at The Cliff House for my 40th birthday. The food for dinner, lunch and breakfast was of an extremely high standard. The drinks were very reasonably priced for a hotel. The staff were all helpful, happy and went above and beyond. Lastly, what a cracking view! Thank you so much Hayley and Steve for such a wonderful experience. I can’t wait to come back soon.
