Classes are strong, dynamic and flowing but suitable for mixed abilities as they are done step by step to suit all needs. Guaranteed to give you flexibility, strength, stamina and an all round feeling of well being. Classes are run on a drop in basis so come along any time and let me show you all that's good about yoga.
