Fantastic swimming teachers so kind and encouraging my granddaughter achieved her first swimming badge which is the highlight of our half term. Tuna salad and chips second to none.

The state of some of the equipment is shocking. For several months now theyŌĆÖve expected us to play table tennis on a half blue, half green table with a foot missing and a floppy net several inches too low. A leisure centre should take sport seriously and provide proper equipment especially as we pay a lot of money for using the facilities.

User

The membership is very expensive considering the level of service you receive. Nobody on front desk EVER answers the phone, the gym equipment is outdated, there isnŌĆÖt enough parking and many of the staff members are unhelpful.

The wide selection of gym classes and the great class instructors are the only reasons I remain a member at the Dolphin.

We had a 3 year old bounce and roll party.

The room was filthy. It was just a bouncy castle no interaction from the 'party hosts'. No drinks supplied for the children whilst they were playing for an hour, until I said it wasn't ok to not give them sometjing to drink. Then water was left in a jug, on the floor, which a man on rollerskates knocked into. I said, maybe the children would like an option of juice, being it's a birthday party?

The cafe was closed so I couldn't get anything for the parents to eat or drink.

The music system didn't work in the main play area.

In the room, which was meant to have been cleaned, a dirty sock remained on the floor.

Again, the music system didn't work. Fortunately, one of the parents was a DJ and managed to get it going with 15 minutes of the party left.

It was farcical, like Faulty Towers. If I hadn't spent ┬Ż12 (+) per child, I would have laughted it off. It was embarrassing.
