The best local I’ve ever had - lovely team, great nosh and great beer that changes regularly to showcase the best breweries close to home and from further afield. Run by real beer and food enthusiasts. Just great. X

Talk about a Pub being revived to probably the best one in Caversham! Excellent selection on Ales. Very friendly atmosphere, always have a brilliant time. The new Landlord and Landlady are both a breath of fresh air to the place. Worth checking it out!

Fantastic selection of ale and cider, supported by a wide choice of gin and other spirits. Great pizza and Roasts (on Sunday). Add in the friendly bar staff, locals and bar games, you will struggle to find a better Pub.

Fabulous local pub! The owners and staff are lovely and very welcoming. The range of beers and ales is forever changing and there’s a wide selection for all to pick from. And what can I say about the gin selection? Simply amazing. Serves the best Sunday lunch in the area and it’s a great looking place too, both the inside with the decor and in the back garden. A must visit.

Excellent choice of well kept cask ales, supplemented by interesting bottle range, plus key keg. I personally recommend the pizzas.

A proper pub with no frills that is almost unique in this day and age
