Ancient Graffiti in Herculaneum are the 'tweets' of the ancient world- telling us so much about everyday people that we still know very little about. Find out more at: https://hubbub.org/p/ancientgraffiti/ Hubbub Fundraising

The fundraising campaign to crowdfund for the Ancient Graffiti Project is live ready for the "official" launch on 1 February. Please visit:
https://hubbub.org/p/ancientgraffiti
Please support the effort, at whatever level you are able. As an incentive, there will be nice rewards too if you wish to receive them. The funds go first to meeting the costs of undergraduate students participating in the coming summer's field work.
... The Society will be offering matching funds of up to £5000, so that every pound given becomes two pounds up to that limit. The minimum we have set for the campaign is £13,000, so we need to match the £5K and go £3K beyond. It's ambitious but achievable. In fact, we hope to raise £20,000.
If you can, please also pass the word to contacts on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn etc. and ask them to do the same.
Start the snowball rolling! It's a great project and one whose success will mean much for Herculaneum. Thanks in advance for your help.
