What a brilliant night at the Greyhound the live music is going down a storm especially with me. So thank you Ray, Andy and the rest of the team.

Thank you so much, Ray and Andy, for making our early Christmas Day/my birthday so special for Mum, Girl Wonder and me. Dinner was perfect and we're so glad we decided to book your set Christmas menu. Even if we couldn't fit it all in!

One of the best pubs around. My friend and I Chris stopped in for a pint or 3 after a 16 mile training hike.



We explained to various people including the chaos behind the bar that we are walking to Land's End at the end of the month for charity. A few minutes later they make a generous donation to us.



There aren't enough kind and honest people about these days, whenever I'm in the area i will be calling for another few pints of Thatcher's.

Had an excellent lunch here today. The roast beef done to perfect and the accompanying vegetables and Yorkshire pudding all beautifully cooked. Really enjoyable after a lovely walk along the Thames Path.

Had a good time with friends here on Friday. Two of us had the special which was steak and ale pie and it was delicious! All the meals were very reasonably priced and good size.

We thought it made a refreshing change from the over priced"bistro" pubs around and will be back for sure!

Great little place...fast service and very good food!

Very poor service on Thursday 9 April 2015. We were waiting 20mins to even place our food order. We ended up giving up and leaving. A couple had been waiting over 40mins for their food and it arrived semi warm and they were not given any cultery. While I can appreciate they may have been short staffed we felt let down as it was our first time at the pub and unfortunately will be our last.
