The Sunday Carvery this week is your choice of Pork, Turkey or Gammon along with all the usual Roast Potatoes, Veg, Stuffing, Yorkies & Gravy, also this week a Sunday Special due to popular demand the Beef Stew and Dumplings is also back on the carvery,from 12 midday till 5pm,

Open Mic Night returns this evening at The Gamekeepers from 8.30 pm

Katie +Juan are coming along with their full band for the first time at The Gamekeepers to help us celebrate David’s Birthday Katie and Juan both sing, play guitar and percussion. Their soulful yet versatile voices soar through a range of original songs and covers by the likes of: Squeeze, ... Adele, Joni Mitchell, Stevie Wonder, Jackie Wilson, Amy Winehouse, Eric Clapton, Ed Sheeran, Paul Carrack, The Beatles, Janis Joplin, Bruno Mars, Jessie J, Bobby Blue Bland, Sam Smith and many more.

Wishing a Very Happy New Year to all our Customers old and new, Thanks to everyone who came along to the party last night, a great turnout as always and a wonderful evening with fantastic people, a special Thanks to Paula, Del, David, Daryl, Kim and others for helping to run the evening we couldn't have done it without you all, Pat & Steve

The Beatniks are UK based and comprises of Den Pugsley (vocals and Bass guitar) and Jamie Cook (vocals and Acoustic guitar). Our main band are The Overtures, but we also enjoy going out as a duo. We play completely 'live' with no backing tracks whatsoever - performing mainly 60's music, including The Kinks, Stones, Beatles, Who, Everly Bros and Small Faces etc, but do occasionally stray round the edges of the 1960's!

This pub used to be my local and I’d not been there for many years. Great to see old faces and new ones. Delicious Sunday roast with heaps of meat. Very friendly staff and great looking pub for all.

This Pub has been local to me for many years and I haven't been in there for donkeys years. What a surprise when I did go in. It is a proper pub, with proper beer and food. Genuinely friendly staff. Just re-discovered my local after all this time.

Played last night at The Gamekeepers Lodge, Chesham, with my acoustic duo at the Open Mic night. Thanks to everyone there for their warm welcome. Special thanks to Paul who organizes the event super efficiently and gave us great sound! Hope to come again!

Last night the staff and volunteers from cancer research had there late Christmas party here the staff and food where exerlant.

Have been for carvery roast here a few times which is great value for money and always yummy ! Pat is always very friendly and helpful, also great with kids ���

Had a fantastic dinner today thank you very much will be back again highly recommend it

Excellent Sunday Lunch. Huge portions, great gravy, and (I never thought I'd ever say this) their cabbage is to die for. How can a vegetable taste this good? Wish that they would have pork on the menu more often, though.

Always a friendly welcome from Pat and her staff. Good beer and Grand Prix on today so fine with me.

A great traditional boozer, welcoming to families & the younger & older generations. Regular live evening entertainment, or a place to relax in the day..............what more could you need!
