The Holly & Laurel Emporium Description
Come along to The Holly & Laurel Emporium to explore the antiques, vintage, retro and reproduction items, furniture, garden ornaments, fireplaces, mirrors, lighting, wall art, clocks, gifts, and various curios that we have to offer! Browse the many showrooms that our 19th Century coach house has to offer. We are located on the side of the A24 dual carriageway just south of Dorking with a large free car park for easy access and parking.
The Holly Tearooms have a wonderful selection of traditional fayre for breakfast and lunch, with our luxury homemade cakes and our cream teas for something a little sweeter. For something a little more special, why not treat yourself and loved ones to a lovely Afternoon Tea served on a vintage crockery stand. With a wide variety of teas, coffees and soft drinks and our traditional decor, our tearooms are the perfect respite from a busy day and the perfect relax after a wander around our vast showrooms.

Many of our items are secondhand, retro, vintage or antique and not in "new" condition. We invite our customers to ask as many questions as they would like to satisfy themselves of items before purchase. We are happy to provide additional details such as dimensions, more photos, details of condition etc. Items are sold as seen and, once sold, are non-refundable.
We are also very pleased to be able to offer both a local and nationwide courier service on our furniture. Please let us know if you would like a quote.

Happy December to all! So many new goodies are coming into stock each day that it feels like our own Emporium version of the scrummiest chocolate advent calendar ever! Our gorgeous gifts, decorations and furniture are disappearing as fast as the chocolate in the calendar does though too so don’t delay and grab our “sweet” treats whilst they stay! Only a couple of weeks left till Christmas!
I'm back from holiday and what a glorious sight the showrooms are! Brimming with fabulously festive Christmas decorations and unique quirky gifts plus gorgeous furniture and antiques, there's an absolute bounty of new treasure to behold! December starts tomorrow so pop in to grab those goodies; we've something to suit everyone!
Whilst I'm away this week, I'm not able to post about our new items - of which I hear we have some fantastic pieces newly in so race on down to catch them before others do - so I thought I'd remind everyone of some of our absolute favourite pieces currently available!
As I fly off on Sunday to celebrate Thanksgiving with a week in NYC, I am very thankful for all of our wonderful dealers who have done us especially proud this week with such a wonderful bounty. With a large selection of table, chair and/or bench sets, we’re here to help you have the picture perfect occasion.
Hope everyone is having a wonderful half term week! We've been hard at work here and what with the delicious smell of homemade leek and potato soup, bacon and baking cakes wafting through the air, we're pretty proud of ourselves that we haven't just been eating in the tearoom instead! Come and enjoy a treat and a spot of retail therapy at The Holly before the clocks and the kids go back!
We're feeling amazing this weekend! It could be the glorious sunshine, our stunning new stock or perhaps the scrummy Eggs Benedict filling our tummies from the tearooms!
