We had just walked along the Thames Path from Richmond straight into a relaxing hot bath luxury. Breakfast was great set us up for the next days walking ..brill�
Perfect location! Beautiful hotel, room was spacious with patio doors to courtyard. Wonderful 2 night stay, breakfast was delicious, will definitely be returning!
Lovely hotel, perfect location for Hampton Court Palace.
Generous size rooms overlooking the beautiful river where you can watch people boating or strolling along in the sunshine. Good choice of nice restaurants and pubs close by or hire a boat alongside Hampton court.
3 adults (ladies) and one cheeky pug named Albert stayed B&B £129 which for London and the ideal location was fair to be honest.
Staff were very friendly and helpful too. We arrived early to secure space for the car right at the doors to the hotel.
We will definitely return in the summer.
I love this place ,service is amazing ,food amazing ,is very beautiful place��� I been many times and I love to go again .
Fabulous stay at The Mitre, the room was lovely, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We had a meal in The Brasserie which was excellent, great food and good service. Breakfast was also very good. The lovely ladies on reception could not have been more helpful, and when we did have to ask for something it was there within minutes. We would definitely stay there again if in the area.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff, just 2 mins walk from Hampton Court Palace, would definitely stay again.
Meal was very good & staff were attentive. However the Resturant could Certainly do with a referb.
Bit dated and we were woken at 4.30 with the upstairs guests. Positive post. Great location and staff helpful.
Apart from scaffolding outside carrying out work we loved it and will definitely use again.
Lovely hotel right on the river and across the road from Hampton Court Palace. Nice food but unfortunately have to pay extra to get a hot breakfast. It was nice getting a complementary glass of champagne on arrival. Room was nice and big with double doors onto a small courtyard. Bed was comfortable apart from gap in middle where singles had been pushed together to create a double. The worst part of our stay was on the second night when we had a fire alarm. It was the most disorganised situation. There was no sweeping of hotel to make sure it was clear, no communication from staff and people were just going in and out as they pleased. Took at least 20 minutes for fire brigade to be called and we were stuck standing out in the cold for at least 45 minutes. Very disappointed in this chaos. Staff need to be better trained in this sort of situation.
Beautiful location but expensive! I live locally and dropped by for a drink - £10 for a vodka and coke and so add insult to injury they poured half a bottle of coke into my glass and kept the other half (for the next customer maybe?)! Shame, I would be a regular customer if I didn't come out feeling ripped off.
