Hello friends & fans of The Mitre. We will be holding our 1st annual Summer Garden Party on Saturday 25th August (bank holiday Saturday) 2018. We will have a line up of musicians playing live music. Also, DJ’s spinning vinyl from across the genres and the decades. This is a thank you to all who have supported us over the last 2.5 years. I’ll look forward to seeing you all down here on the 25th x

Our new Wisteria Tree has been planted. For all of you who know our little beer garden. You can all watch it grow, with the pub. The people who find the pub when this little tree has grown. Then, they'll be late to the party

Happy Birthday Rudi. Our little pub dog is 2 years old today. Lots of love from from Mummy, Daddy, big sister & all of our lovely locals x

When I stepped inside this big old building marked "The Mitre" I was expecting to find a pub inside. I was not, however, expecting to find the interior of literally the single greatest public house this world (or the next, no doubt) has had or will ever have. God bless the old man who raised his cane in a toast to my seemingly humble arrival, the barman who had a smile like the sun. And my lord who art in heaven, the bitter, which despite being bitter was really very... moving.

We hosted a party at the Mitre and it was fantastic! it was an ideal size for a party of about 100 people and we were looked after really well by the staff. Really great selection of drinks and nice outside area which was a real sun trap in the afternoon. The owner was amenable with our requests and made sure the day ran smoothly for us. Lovely pub and a lovely day. Would highly recommend x

We called in here after a day trip to London, beautiful pub with great service! Definitely worth a visit, and I hope to visit again soon.

The last of the great independent pubs in Richmond. I knew Chris when he was based in Camden, all of his amazing skills as a landlord has led to this.

Richmonds best kept secret! A charming local pub that I think is just great.

Great local pub with a nice rotating selection of cask beers. From traditional ciders, to the latest craft breweries, there's always around 10 beers fresh on the hand pull bar.



Nice warm and cosy feel to the pub, especially when the fire is blazing in winter, and come summer time you can waste the nights away in really comfortable beer garden out back.



The pub is children and dog friendly and within walking distance from North Sheen train station.

Great atmosphere in this welcome quality ale and cider house. The guys behind the bar are so enthusiastic about their craft. You can really see the attention to detail. I'm sure this place will do well and plan to visit regularly! Cheers

A great renovation- kept the character but looks great. Unending choice of beers from all sorts of independent brewers. Great atmosphere too. Looking forward to my next pint.

A great little Pub just off the beaten track with one of the best selection of ales I've seen as well as some unusual ciders. They have a friendly atmosphere and the owner Chris is very welcoming along with Rudy the resident pub dog.
