Went in for a breakfast ’┐Į beautifuly cooked tasted great and the new owner Carlos is a top man. Highly recommend ’┐Į

Very enjoyable lunch and efficient, friendly service at a really good price. IŌĆÖm still at my table as IŌĆÖm typing this! Would recommend highly.

Ok so reading the reviews and going their my self, it has new management and staff. The food was as you would expect, not greasy a friendly service a great place in Lancing for Breakfast. Will definitely be going back.

I went with my two sons and 8 grandchildren. That means there were 11 of us and I am in a wheelchair. They were very accommodating. They put 4 tables together. We all had drinks which were lovely. The staff are very friendly xx

Good value, freshly cooked breakfast. Very tasty especially the sausages. Friendly staff. Only very minor niggle was they left the teabag in my tea, which is fine to select the strength you want. Trouble was I didn't know until half way through. Other than that top notch. Will go again for sure.

Always a nice atmosphere on a Sunday morning as the mix of regulars and visitors pass through. Food is reliable, fresh and quick. Service is friendly.

Where do I begin? This place doesn't even deserve one star. The staff got our orders wrong and then blamed us, were extremely rude and would not apologise properly. When we complained we were asked to leave. Oh, and we found hairs in our food.

To be completely honest this place doesn't wen deserve one star, the service was shocking with the staff being extremely rude and to top things off there were multiple hairs in our food.

The service was under par, I found a hair in my food, I didn't get all of the order either. 2/10 IGN.

Terrible. Wrong orders, rude staff, and recently learned that it has a hygiene rating of 1, which explains the hairs I found in my food

Number one worst experience at a cafe ever. Orders wrong, food and drink missing, very rude staff, poor hygiene as two people found hair in their food. We were polite but only received rudeness, seemed as though they disliked us from the minute we walked in.
