Established in 2016, The Recruiters Room is an independent business offering tailored Permanent and Fixed Term Contract commercial recruitment solutions.

The Recruiters Room Description

Based in Berkshire, The Recruiters Room was the brain-child of two former colleagues, both Senior Permanent Recruiters, who tirelessly worked along side each other, successfully fulfilling ad-hoc through to volume recruitment needs for local businesses, predominantly in the Berkshire, Surrey and Hampshire areas.

With a combined 13 years’ experience and possessing successful careers in local, national and international recruitment companies, it seemed that the time was right to use these skills and experience to start a business and “The Recruiters Room” was born!

Working within a small team, so you must be able to work well in this kind of environment Working in a fast-paced and environment Physical fitness to carry out the work require An ability to adapt to change as workloads vary
HOURS OF WORK 9:00a.m -17:30, with 1 hour for lunch (30 minutes during busy periods) (On the odd occasions, you may be asked to start work earlier and on the very odd occasion to work a little over the weekend)
