The Ship was the venue I chose for a private reception for our 25th wedding anniversary supper. The food and service was excellent and the staff outstanding.
Spent a very enjoyable Thursday evening last week at the Ship .. delicious, well cooked and presented food .. a warm welcome and great service from the staff.
Perfect lunch today in glorious sunshine with a great view
Never been here until now and I’m glad I stopped by for a bite to eat. Great food, lovely pint and top notch service. Thank you!
Lovely pub, lovely staff, lovely food and lovely views. Generally bloody lovely ☺️☺️
Lovely pub in beautiful location, but good ver poor - my cottage pie tasted and looked like an Iceland ready meal and cost £11!!!
Not impressed and will not be going again.
Lovely Pub in great location. Really good food and friendly staff who are happy to help. Flexible can do attitude to accommodate our party and ensuring our enjoyment with no fuss made for a perfect night. Highly recommend!
Love this pub. Really friendly staff always make you welcome, food great, really well cooked. Excellent location. We are here alot when visiting Hayling Island.
Love this place, great food, atmosphere, just great place to be
Great location, passed it many times and decided to stop this time. Had the battered fish and chips. It was delicious ... Battered to perfection. Only negative was drinks were a little pricey, but it is a prime location. Overall highly recommend. Also a nice little walk along the coast toward Emsworth to burn it off afterwards.
Fantastic pub, no matter what time of day, week or month great for a drink or meal. Highly recommend.
Excellent spot with great views. Food a bit pricey but well presented and tasty. Staff service excellent. Spent a lovely relaxed afternoon, we will be back .
Brilliant, friendly, welcoming pub!
The food is excellent and the staff superb!
Highly recommend
Our third trip here and whether it was two or 12 people we’ve always had great food in a lovely pub and overall a good experience. This is where my Mum likes to be taken, which speaks volumes. Check your bill however, as our family meal total had £80 worth of food from a previous sitting on it.
Lovely setting and a great range of drinks. Will definitely return when it’s sunny.
Brilliant location, friendly staff, only down side is the kids meal was a little small for my 8 year old.
Quiz night, all tables were reserved, Sam Miguel very expensive £4.85, did not expected that especially coming from London, did not get to eat due to no tables except under the he stairs.
No cheese in my burger when I asked staff for the cheese that wasn’t there, he told me I would be charged for extra chips were cold. Pint tasted like dish water, best part was the chairs were comfy
