The Snow Goose Pub

Due to the compressor in our walk in fridge taking a turn for the worst through the night. (That would be that loud noise then ūüôĄ) We have had to lose a number of stock items ūüėĖ.
Result: we need to limit our service, this is due to limited storage. Another reason why being a fresh food restaurant is the best!! Not to much waste as it‚Äôs delivered fresh!! ūüôŹūüŹĽ thank you in advance. Bar open as usual, smiley faces waiting!! ‚̧ԳŹ

What a weekend ūüėÄ!!
Buzzing. Tiered but buzzing. After the team getting the place back to normal we sit and reflect, acknowledging what can only be described as a brilliant day. All we can say is ‚ÄėThank you‚Äô to all you who came and made it such a success and ultimately happen!! Theres so many people to thank and We do this from the deepest roots of the MossStock day committee.
The day was about love, peace, friends and family and that‚Äôs exactly what we got. Obviously massive... ‚Äėthanks‚Äô to all the bands/singers, you just rocked it and gave up your free time, your amazing. Thanks to those who chipped in and helped out, you exceed every time in a selfless way or need of gratification. I‚Äôve thanked everyone personally already so you know who you are. Most of all though, ‚Äėthank you‚Äô to everyone who came along and help us help the British ‚̧ԳŹ foundation if you don‚Äôt come it doesn‚Äôt happen!! ‚̧ԳŹ‚̧ԳŹ
We are so proud and pleased to be a part of such a great community. MossStock all started because of one man, Steve Moss, we hope some of you saw some of his amazing art work yesterday, he was and is a legend.
The idea was created in his memory and from year one (2017) it was a day for everyone surrounded by love, peace, friends and family, (he‚Äôd of loved that) What more could anyone want?!? and all whilst supporting a great charity that‚Äôs researching medical matters of the heart that will we hope, prevent such early losses in life. YOU have raised a fantastic amount whilst just hanging with the ones you love. We really can‚Äôt thank you enough. ‚̧ԳŹ‚̧ԳŹ‚̧ԳŹ

Everyone‚Äôs already celebrating this magnificent achievement of our boys in the World Cup 2018. We moved to the area 10 months ago now and the Snow Goose became our local. I have to say that the food at this pub is very good. It is always cooked fresh and homemade. They also have a very good Quiz on a Wednesday night which is always good for a laugh.

The staff always friendly and welcoming. Totally recommend you visit it!!.

We live very near the Snow Goose so use it regularly & had family over from Ireland last weekend so went in there for a meal. It was Halloween weekend so we knew it would be busy with a party that night, there were 8 of us including 3 children who were kept amused all evening by the party bags they were given. We had a lovely meal, great service and a special thank you to Joe and Phil for looking after us all so well - so nice to have such a great pub on our doorstep!! ....... nearly forgot another big thank you to Phil for educating me on all the many gins on offer & finding the right one just for me!! xx

We enjoy the short walk to this very family orientated pub that serves excellent food. We had the Roast Beef that was delicious, with all the seasonal vegetables cooked to perfection and a lovely home made stuffing as well. We thoroughly enjoyed the bread and butter pudding that was crispy on top without being hard and nice and light in the middle with a hint of lemon? The staff and service couldn't have been more friendly and helpful.

We attended the moss stock fundraiser wonderful event helpful and efficient staff who coped really well in the heat nice family run and family oriented local pub

The Snow Goose provided a positive and friendly experience for my family and friends on Saturday. It is a lovely pub and i felt as a family friendly pub it was perfect for my daughters christening party. As i expected the food was fantastic and fresh out on our arrival. Despite having two functions running, staff always ensured customers had a drink and any little requests were met. A big thank you to Kate and the staff for the lovely day and even for decorating! P.S Russell stole the show with the dog lovers

They were very accommodating to our vegetarian preferences.

I've always wanted 'my local pub' where you can go for a few beers in a nice environment without any issues. Well all I can say is I won't be moving anytime soon. Been here a couple of years and before Kate and Paul took it over the place was less than desirable. It's a dog friendly pub and given I love dogs, Russell is a welcome addition.

Not just for the beer, the food Paul and his staff prepare is awesome, hence I have held many work do's here (even though I work in London). The staff are attentive with Kate and Paul always trying to accommodate.

I love my meal . It was a healthy meal from the meal the day . The staff are very friendly and helpful. We will go there again . Thank you for a lovely meal.

I came here with my friend a couple of times while up from wales and was given such a friendly warm welcome, the staff were absolutely great and food was fabulous,

Amazing service today for my friends gathering. All our food was hot and tasted amazing even with such a large party and every member of staff had a smile at all times. Kids were so happy in the fantastic outside garden (and i love the piggies) Could not recomend this place enough ÔŅĹ xx

Came in for lunch today with my friend and her 2 children,great food,very generous portions...our server was very polite and attentive... and the kids loved the garden... great family orientated pub... would be nice to have a link to menus on this page too,would definitely return for an evening meal...

A very nice Sunday roast Lunch. A lovely play area with pigs, rabbits and Guinea Pigs.

Good local pub. Good selection of gins. But too expensive. £16 for a double gin and tonic is more expensive than the most gin bars in London. The garnish was not fresh

I expected to have a nice gathering with friends and their kids today, but was quite the awaful experience. My older daughter gets panick atacks everytime she sees a dog near her big or small. I repeteadly asked the staff to please keep the dog away from the garden where small children were playing and was told it was on leash. A minute later dog escaped out and while my daughter panickly tried to escape the garden she hurt her leg. She was screaming and crying uncontrollably. I do love animals and do understand your dog is friendly and will not harm anyone, but she is really frightened of dogs. You say you care for your customers but showed something completely different today. I am really disappointed.
