We have a rare and exciting Receptionist role avaliable! We are looking for someone to oversee our busy Breakfast shift. You will ensure both the Kitchen and Front of House teams are ready for service, greet all guests, process payments and run all End of Day consolidations. You will be responsible for our Housekeeping team, managing their workload and ensuring they have a clear daily plan of rooms to be cleaned. We do require you to be able to help in all areas to ensure our guests get the best experience, so a flexible attitude is paramount.
You will have customer service experience, preferably alongside some supervisory skills and more importantly be responsive to the needs of the business.
