Welcome to The Tea Cosy page. We have a beautiful house in Hanover, Brighton, for long or short holiday rentals. The house is on 4 floors and has ample room to sleep up to 13 people comfortably. It is equally perfect for a hen weekend as it is for a family holiday. The enormous dining table easily seats 14 people and should you not wish to cook catering can be organised to suit your needs - a vintage afternoon tea or an elegant dinner party. Alternatively there are numerous gastro pubs in the area.
The house is a 10 minute walk from Brighton train station with numerous shops and eateries to distract you along the way. A 15 minute stroll brings you to the beach and famous Brighton Pier. For independent shops, galleries and coffee couture you can't beat The Lanes which are a 5 minute walk from the property. Groceries can be found at nearby HISBE - the first social enterprise supermarket that is truly ethical with a wide range of organic and local sussex produce.
For guests with children there is the amazing new adventure playground at The Level and brand new skate park a mere 2 minute walk away. You will find children's toys (Brio train track! ) and board games in the snug room and DVDs in the living room.
