What a great pub!!!! The staff are lovely and very helpful, I only popped in for a bite to eat, and ended up staying most of the evening!! Ended up having a chat with the landlord... who was very attentive! Whatever you are doing Nathan, keep it up!

Very friendly local pub. No complaints about the food.

Staff are great, the outdoor tv and set up for the World Cup is amazing, good beer and good honest food.

My husband drives past this pub every week and has wanted to try it out for a while. We finally did yesterday. We turned up and it was heaving with people - we hadn't even booked a table either. We have our 3 children with us too and we didn't want to wait around too long. We were very fortunate though to get a table straight away. The staff were so friendly and very accommodating with our children - it made our whole dining experience a lot more enjoyable. The wait for food wasn't too long and it was a lovely, affordable meal. We will definitely be coming here again...we just may need to book in advance as I don't think we can guarantee a table every time.

Just tried the new menu. Completely blown away! Is this really just a local pub? Really, really loved Peppered Mushroom pie. We also also really enjoyed the New York Deli burger and my daughter loved the chicken and calamari burger.

Really very interesting menu options. Some, I would say are a little brave? They totally pulled it off. I reckon veggies would love the Falafel burger - had quite a Middle Eastern spicy vibe to it.

Had dinner at the Three Frogs last nite.. Hadn’t booked but they could accommodate a party of 5 for us...

Staff and service was officiant and friendly... Food came out promptly.. All dishes were hot and well presented...

A lovely evening had by all..

Great pub. The food is good, the staff are good fun, and good at there job, the beer is good, what more could you want. And it’s walking distance from my house. Lol

Fantastic!! Found this 10 mins off motorway, wow, so much better than any service station! Delicious good value food, lovely friendly staff, quick service, a real find! We’ll be back!!!

Staff were excellent however the food wasn't so good. A few of us had Sunday roast and unfortunately it was like having a processed meal, shop bought/frozen potato, Yorkshire pudding,...not sure about beef.

Very disappointed, could of done the same at home so nothing special .

Long wait for food when not busy at all.....steak very fatty but told by staff they hear this a lot and it does come in pre packed!!! Not impressed and won’t be returning in a hurry!!!

Bad service. Food took ages to arrive, brought the wrong things, my burger was dry and burnt, NY burger had egg on it even though not mentioned on the menu and no gherkins. Pudding clearly microwaved- burning hot in the middle and hard at the edge. Very disappointing, will not go again.

Will NOT be returning. Staff service worst I've ever experienced, no response to first request on late food and no apology until we asked for it. Ok it was half term and lunch time but it was getting past 1pm and most people were already eating. Restaurant area fully booked so sat in bar area which was fine with us. Ordered couple of lunch bloomers/wraps at 1.20pm but they did not show until 2.15pm!! Asked for refund as didn't want puddings - got nothing!! Lack of staff does not excuse poor response to complaint.

Very disappointed wirh the service and food this evening. Used to come here alot but after having menu mistakes on the last visit we have not been for a while. However, we thought we would give it another go. Firstly, we were told that even though sitting in the restaurant area, we had to now go to the bar to order. Seems no point in having a seperate restaurant area now of this is the case. I suspect that money is trying to be saved on staffing costs. However, we did go to order at the bar but the server had trouble finding one of the menu items on the till and also was unable put our order on a tab, so had to pay straight away. More till training obviously needed here..After about half an hour wait (at a not busy time) our meals arrived. My flatbread was burnt all the way around the side and when I moved the chip pot, a piece was also missing. I asked the waitress if she would be happy with being served this and she agreed that she would not and offered to exchange. Having ordered at 6.18pm I eventually got my food at 7pm. I was offered a free pudding. Not much good when we don't eat puddings. My friend's Salmon Nicoise was no better. Salmon burnt, dry and salad with no flavour. Such a shame. The place seems to have lost all its charm and happy atmosphere. Customer care seems almost negligible and no pride taken with the food served.I look forward to a response from the Manager on this.

The food has gone right down since we were last in there. The chicken was like jelly, the burgers were dry. Pigs in blankets was all dry, burnt and look like mould on the bacon, and 2 of our party didn't even get their meals after 2.5 hour wait. Don't be going back

Terrible tonight - not sure what has happened to the three frogs - so disappointed - we are regular customers and the last six months the food hasn't been so good. Even when we have gone in a for a drink recently - no crisps, no nuts they had run out. This never use to happen. Food last night and even the weekend before wasn't up to standard. Last weekend we took some friends. They didn't have the wine we wanted, the burger bap turned up with no burger inside. This weekend we thought we would try again as it was my birthday but no it was even worse. We had to send the steaks back as they were burnt and all you could taste was charcoal. The burger baps were burnt, the peas were not cooked, they had ran out of seasonal vegetables. There was no mayonnaise on my sons coleslaw. No English mustard and really little in a way of apology. If it wasn't for the kids and it being my birthday I would have asked for my money back - hope it improves as it use to be great - in the meantime may be going elsewhere.

I use to go there most Saturday lunch times but not anymore the last few times the food is disgusting and service not like it use to be it's like they take your order and forget about you , then I hear them talking about customers in the kitchen about the way customers give them funny looks well what do they expect when the food is horrible and the service is not the best , went to the two populars today and great food great service 😀

Awful. Still sat here now with two children nearly 2 hours later and still no main course. Terrible service and starter plates still sat on the table. No table service anymore so you have to go to the bar every time you want a drink and my first prosecco was in a dirty glass. Change of glass and the prosecco was flat. Third time lucky as we asked for a new bottle to be opened.
