Took my 4 kids to the climbing wall, £9 each for 45 mins ( after the safety chat) very well organised, kids loved it and staff were friendly and very helpful, definitely would go back and recommend to all

User

I just wanted to say a huge thank you. My mum took my boys to the Triangle this morning and although it was first thing there was a huge queue and they were told it was a 40min wait. 2 of my children have autism which my mum explained to a member of staff who was very understanding and took them to the front of the queue. Whilst other people may disagree that this should have happened, a 40min wait for a child with autism is near on impossible. It was refreshing to have staff who obviously understood this and accommodated this. Thank you - my boys had a wonderful time.

User

Amazing show my 8 year old daughter loved the show too. Highly recommend even if you've never seen it on Tv. Shame on BBC for cancelling the show fingers crossed a decent station picks it up.

User

Went to see robots live which actually was better live on tv except no replays!

Seating was fine.

But if any one up the scale is reading this, went to get hot chocolate or coffee maybe from cafe as people were getting these from the cafe at beginning.

Just before the break thought I would slip out to beat the rush, only to be told the cafe was now shut so it was soft drinks or nothing!

There were a good 800 to a 1k of people there why not keep the hot drinks flowing ?.

Missed a business trick there triangle

But otherwise a fun evening!

User

We come swimming at least twice a week and the ongoing issues with the cleanliness of the changing rooms is getting worse.

Today we was there at 8:50 and there was a lot of rubbish on the floors, an hour later this rubbish was still there and no sign of anyone cleaning the place.

We only come because of the swimming lessons but would not want to pay the price for a family swim and have to use these dirty facilities.

This is ongoing, it improves for a short while and then deteriorates- it’s a shame.

User

We as a family are members and the membership team are fantastic and couldn‚Äôt be more helpful. On the other hand, reception could learn a thing or two from them! There is one lady at reception who is friendly but seriously every time we come (3-4 times) in one week at least, they are miserable, rude and abrupt! Honestly I‚Äôm suprised there are not more complaints and reviews. In one instance we were told to go and see membership ‚Äėas they are sitting doing nothing!‚Äô And that is a true quote...we did that but could not believe our ears. Come on whoever is in charge of the reception team sort it out! They are effectively front of house and should be professional and to undermine colleagues is a definite no no. We love the services offered here, however if I had been dealt with by these receptionists I would not have ever joined..I‚Äôm guessing that‚Äôs why your membership staff are so professional? ÔŅĹ

User

We always have fun here swim. Went today.

But do agree with some of the other comments iv'e read.

Its needs up dating in the swim area rust seen all around the slides ÔŅĹ grim/rust in the pool area and on the tile walls.

Its dirty looking in place's dirty mucky/wet floor's most times.

Smelly bin's in the family changing rooms.

Dirty toilets.

User

Me n gf go to the triangle n do love it there but got there 530. Sunday evening and it's closed we was both looking forward to it, we did check online before going and it didn't say anything, it's a strange time to close, you should of done it January time, this was a poor decision and you will lose lots of money, us and many others will go elsewhere, sorry

User

Had my sons climbing party here which was fairly over priced as only did climbing for 40 mins due to late start and party before us were on over their time, we then had a studio after to have food in etc this was great size and air conditioning amazing! Had a member of staff sit in with us who was very sweet young lad!

Thing that lets this leisure centre down is bad customer care, seem very uptight, no enthusiasm this was mainly on reception and coffee shop really not bothered about anyone unless they are a someone they are acquainted to! Climbing staff ok but could create more fun and competitive game structure! Shame wouldn’t have another party here! For some reason whole vibe of centre felt abit tense and not that friendly!

User

Visited today with friends for a swim and soft play.... with 4 kids (under 4) it was absolutely DISGUSTINGLY dirty. The changing rooms were gross with nappy bins over flowing, hair and dirt all over every floor of every changing room, toilets blocked and horrible floors. No-one in sight cleaning anywhere. The pool itself it's a disgusting too.. with thick black/green round the edges of the water in the outside rapids.... I'm aware it's being redurbed in June.... but it's still open so should be still up to a certain standard surely???

Sort play was really good.... nice girl working and kids enjoyed it so that was the only thing good about this visit (and the coffee was good)

Climbing wall looked good for older kids.... but AVOID the pool until refurb done!!!

User

Very disappointed to be told, by a not very helpful receptionist, yesterday that the pool is closed due to health & safety reasons. Apparently it’s closed for 2 months, surely that can’t be true?! Signage would have been helpful!

User

The pool walls are dirty, and after an hour and 30 minutes we were kicked out, telling us that this is the weekend program but I paid for the normal price for 10 people to be out!Shame!!!

User

What an awful experience I have had at your so called leisure centre today. The complex was absolutely rammed and clearly not enough staff to cope with it as I queued for 15 minutes for a swim. Having not been notified there was life guard training on at the same time as dedicated fitness swim it was highly disappointing to find the pool distance cut, along with the busy nature it was impossible to swim continuously, a complete joke. As an ex life-guard I was interested to see how the newly refurbed 'kids pool' was doing - WAY too many kids and after a quick scan looked as though not enough life guards to cope. If i could give zero stars, I would. I'll be changing pools soon as The Triangle is probably the worst centre I have visited.

User

Very disappointed with our visit today, rang before we left home and confirmed that slides and outside area would be open as advertised at 10am, was told that yes this was happening.

Arrived at 945 with my 2 children and purchased our tickets and the lady confirmed that everything opened at 10.

We waited and waited for things to open. The slides opened at 10:15 and outside at 1045 this isn’t helpful with a time obsessed autistic child.

I did ask a couple of times what was happening and was told staff were running late and that maybe they’d had a heavy night.

User

Very dirty in changing rooms of swimming pool, especially when workers are wandering around aimlessly upon leaving noticed I’ve also been overcharged a person. Contacted reception to discuss and still not heard back from management. Lovely pool but cleanliness and staff majorly let the company down

User

My family and i decided to go to The Triangle for a swim . We were aware it would be busy as it was a weekend day and also very hot weather . However after standing in the long queue that didn't move for at least 20 minutes , we were eventually told by member of staff people would start to be served in 10 minutes time .. After another 15 or so minutes another member of staff came down the line and said it would be another hour before we could get served as it was very busy in the pool .. The comunication left alot to be desired and we werent willing to wait over an hour so left .

User

Just been this morning at 8.30 for a swim to be told quite rudely that the pool shuts at 8.45 and won’t reopen until 10. Maybe this should be highlighted when I joined their membership. Very disappointed when I made enquiries at New Year I did not get a return call for 4 days by which stage I had gone to the dolphin to join. Really need to pull their socks up find the place dirty too. I will keep going as doing a sponsored swim but will look at Crawley to see if their facilities are any better

User

Gobsmacked by the way i was spoken today by the assistant at the checkout. I had to visit the centre due to after 25minutes on the phone i could not get an answer. When i got to the centre i wondered if the phones were not working as i could not hear them ringing. I asked the assistant if there was a problem with the phones, she replied "can you not see how busy we are?" I asked if it was possible that young gym members were able to contact the centre through the internet to make bookings as it is impossible to get through on the phone to make bookings for the gym or the badminton - I was informed this was not possible. Then the assistant said "I'm happy to answer the phone and ignore you if you like?". Thanks - no wonder my kids don't want to phone the centre, not only can they NOT get through but when they do the staff are RUDE. Disappointing. What a shame.

User

Discusting and dirty at the triangle today, Costa had a que around the corner and it took 30 minutes to get a coffee. All tables were covered in old food and cups, staff rude and stroppy when a man pointed out a mistake they had made. We are here for a football tournament and the rest of the venue has rubbish everywhere. For the money it costs to come here I wouldn't bother. Sort it out triangle
