This Saturday will be our last Market for a good while. In fact it will be our last anything.
I've decided to hibernate the pantry for a while and focus all my efforts on Trollburger, soon to increase opening hours to Friday nights too.
The Troll's Pantry will not die, I'll keep it open as a social media space and keep using it to promote local sourcing and sustainable issues.
... I hope to revive it next year with a new mission, exactly what that mission is I am still figuring out, but I want to step back to see the bigger picture.
So this will be your last chance to grab one of our burgers or hotdogs from Florence Road Market for a bit!

Me and my fiance frequently travel to Brighton as there is always a good selection of gluten free food. After reading good reviews about "The Troll's Pantry" we were keen to try it for ourselves. These burgers & fries and slaw were amazing The gluten free buns were just as tasty as the regular ones and the whole meal was truly delicious. We we definitely be coming back soon!!!!

I've finally had a burger in the Troll's Pantry.... all other burgers are now dead to me. I honestly think eating that burger was one of the best things that has ever happened (not just to me but to the world). Whatever happens now my life has not been wasted.

Great food lively atmosphere proper pub!

From a grill chef to another, seriously well done guys! Lovely decor, friendly staff and amazing food! The flavours are precisely chosen on each of the items on the menu, and it shows, not to mention the great range of dips. The beef fell apart, though not a scrap was left. My only regret is not having another stomach to enjoy more food with. Highly recommend trying for yourself.

Came here just before a gig at the green fire store and it was amazing! Wonderful food; great music and brilliant customer service! Will be coming back for definite, even let us try the chilli too which was beyond fantastic

Bought your stinky breath burger a few weeks ago and it was spilling out with the stinky sauce and garlic mayo(which getting messy was all part of the fun, cause it was delicious) then had one yesterday and there was hardly any sauce. I didn't get messy and even tho it still tasted good it was a bit dry.



But the stinky fries where amazing. Topped with extra sauce from the last time I bought them which made them even better.



Moral of this review, more sauce the better when it comes to the stinky breathness ❤️
