✨✨Les Mills barre✨✨
Open weekend come and join us for the global launch of the brand new program...Les Mills barre, a ballet inspired workout aimed at toning, building core stregth and improving posture. With 6 classes across the weekend you have lots of chances to join in. Booking is available 7 days in advance, 8 days for black card members.

The Male changing rooms are first to have work on them. Please be aware of changes for now

Wondering which dance class to try? Here’s a description of the fun ways you can improve your fitness while dancing at Village. Also, an introduction to Les Mills Barre, a new ballet inspired class coming soon to Village Farnborough

A little heads up on the difference in classes, for those who are interested in trying something new...village has a wide selection of many different types of group exercise to suit everyone’s needs and requirements

🌟🌟🌟OPEN WEEKEND 🌟🌟🌟 This coming weekend is open weekend at Village Gym!! The club is free for non members to come along and experience the facilities, join in with the varied class timetable and see what we have to offer. Why not come along, bring your friends and family with you?! Check out our timetable with extra classes taking place, including the new gym floor class Burn! Remember you will still need to book your place, you can do it online, over the phone or in person. Looking forward to seeing you all there!

Today is the day we come together to help those in need. Come along to Village to join us for this morning of Les Mills classes in association with UNICEF. Together we can change lives.

💦💦💦 Workout for Water 💦💦💦
The countdown to Saturday is on!! Have you booked your classes? Have you made your donations for this worthwhile cause to enable others the chance of clean water. We are working with Les Mills and Unicef to help build water pumps for the people of East Africa. The Village instructors have organised a full morning of classes, and donations can be made online using the link shown. There will not be cash donations accepted on the day.
