The waiting time for someone to answer the phone is absolutely ridiculous, I'm actually calling them right now and currently been waiting for 14 minutes to have the call answered. Waiting time to actually get called into the doctor is also ridiculous, I have waited 20 minutes plus over my appointment every time I come to see a doctor!!!!!

Got told Friday morning that I'll have my emergency proscrition that day if not Saturday. Got told Saturday that I got told wrong information so I have to wait until Monday to get my proscriptions. The surgerys being renovated and there struggling.

Waited so long for an appointment to see if anything needed to be put in place for a potential DVT after surgery I need, didn’t bother working with the hospital when they requested this from January! Then I come to see a useless doctor who tells me nothing needs to be put in place as you’ll be more mobile! No, you untrained fool, I’m as mobile now as I will be after the op just less pain free, so when I develop a DVT after surgery, your arse is getting sued for doing nothing, it’s in my medical notes and hospital recommended that I’m more prone to DVT after trauma, surgery, flying and pregnancy! But not according to the idiot who had me in and out of his office in literally 120 seconds! Also you need to give people the option to rate you minus stars because you really are that crap! My toe has now gone black, so yeah actually, expect some kind of legal action

Just called the surgery to book an appointment for my son. I was told there were no appointments and to call back on Thursday. What a joke!
