Was my birthday meal Friday 9 of us was really busy but still had great food and staff even though could have had help as only saw 3 working the floor they. Friendly and charming. Still one of my favioute places to eat...�

The food the service and the atmosphere was fantastic we have booked to come back again , only one small thing there was roast pork and beef but no roast chicken as a roast nothing serious just a comment

Terrific place! Loved the ambience, the food, the people and wonderful location right on the river make for a wonderful meal out, or sit in the relaxing bar area sipping a glass of chilled white wine. What could be nicer!

My wife and I ate here last night and the whole experience was thoroughly well executed from front of house, the delicious 3 course meal, and indeed the waiting on staff. Couldn't recommend highly enough. see you again! The view across Teddington Lock and the Thames is really pretty too..

I've just returned from a lovely lunch with a friend and although we hadn't booked this was not a problem. The food was excellent with a good choice of vegetarian options if required. The service was attentive without feeling like you were being rushed and the venue is very attractive with a great riverside aspect. I've driven past many times and not known this gem of a restaurant was here but now I do, I'll be back with my husband very soon.

Had a lovely meal here today with hubby and our young son. Gorgeous generous portions of food, lovely surroundings and excellent staff. Highly recommend. Thank you

Great staff, food, location. Only small moan was a very noisy wedding upstairs & no way to close it off, loud music so we couldn't have a conversation without shouting , we could even hear the speeches.

Will certainly return but not on a Saturday night.

Came on Sunday for a celebration dinner event for my father. The food was fantastic, the risotto was probably one of the best I have ever had! Must try.

By far the best place for pre rugby lunch - went there before England v Australia and the food and service were superb, great atmosphere and unflappable staff. Highly recommend.

Booked this restaurant for our wedding anniversary and it was fantastic! The ambience, the food and service was first class! We ordered oysters and mussels to start, the oysters were so fresh and delicious and the mussels were cooked in a beautiful cream and parsley sauce. We ordered the steak and lobster for our main and both were cooked to perfection. Will who works behind the bar made the best cocktails. He was so friendly and welcoming. The restaurant also surprised us with a lovely desert with Happy Anniversary written on the plate which made the evening very special. Very thoughtful thank you!

I come here a lot, and every Valentine's day by tradition. Have never once had a meal that was under par. The cooking is consistently faultless. I chose the wrong thing for me on this visit, but that was down to my personal taste and I was experimenting - even then, it was excellent. Service, drinks, ambience, view, cleanliness, choice - all brilliant. Funk and soul nights are always incredible!
