Come and take shelter from the rain! The cafe is open until 4pm today serving light lunches, home made cakes (including these #glutenfree macaroons), great coffee and a wide selection of teas.

Featuring Pitshill - winner of the Georgian Group Architectural Award last year. David Bamford was part of this wonderful project at Pitshill supplying beautiful bespoke carpets.

Our cleaning facility extends from small rugs to 6 × 12 metre carpets, using safe specialist crystallising cleaning products to clean the wool pile and beating and tamping techniques to remove damaging dust and grit bringing life and vigour back to your carpets- sometimes with startling results.

Just arrived! Handmade, high quality Khadi Paper packs, sketchbooks, marbled paper and hemp string - all in wonderful eco friendly packaging #noplastic.
The paper is made from 100% cotton rag and milled just outside the village of Tarihal near Hubli in Karnataka,India. This is a cotton growing area and Hubli has a huge open air cotton market.
Khadi Papers India employs over sixty men and women from local villages and indirectly provides work for printers, technicians and the carpenter, Badagir, who makes the deckles and moulds. They now have their own organic farm, irrigated by run-off water from the paper mill, where they grow mangoes, bananas and organic vegetables.

The Gallery and cafe will be open so please do call in to see the exhibition, enjoy a coffee or light lunch in the cafe and have a browse. We are open Monday - Saturday and every day during h.Art.

We now have copies available of the exhibition catalogue 'Under an Equal Sky: Baldwin & Guggisberg at Canterbury Cathedral' (which has now been extended until 6 January 2019).
The 92-page, cloth-bound book contains essays by Dr Jeffrey Sarmiento and Emma Crichton-Miller as well as Monica and Philip's thoughts on the ideas behind the exhibition and evolution of the work, together with more than 50 images of the installations and their making.

We are showing Sara Bamford's figurative sculptures in welded steel at the Workhouse Gallery for h.Art Herefordshire Art Week from today through to Sunday 16th September.
The Gallery and cafe will be open both this Sunday 9th September and the following Sunday 16th September. Do call in to see the exhibition and have a browse: beautiful homeware, textiles, art supplies, haberdashery, jewellery, cards, gifts and more. Easy parking too.

Is anyone else thinking that it's time to ditch the salad and start making delicious slow cooked stews and oven bakes? Our new terracotta casserole pots are finished with an intense blue glaze. The properties of terracotta are perfect for tagines and casseroles....
