Tibble Murray Woods is a family run business in the Medway towns, committed to delivering quality service and customer satisfaction. Sadly, the general view of plumbers / heating engineers (or most trades for that matter) is based on TV programmes like ‘Rogue Traders’ so it can initially be a tough job to win the confidence of customers, but that is our mission.
We are of course in the business to make a living, but we do so in a professional and fair manner- the results have to please us and we only accept good quality work. We believe we provide good value for money and aim to use only the best quality products, this being one of the reasons why we opt for Worcester-Bosch boilers and have as a result become recognised ‘Specialist Installers’ by them.

We have over 25 years of experience over a broad range of appliances and systems and have received many bouquets from satisfied customers.

We have many long standing customers and most of our work comes from recommendation, so we believe in maintaining the best possible relationships with our clients and providing a friendly service.

Whatever the age of your Boiler, we will endeavour to repair it for you. There’s not many boilers that beat us (spares permitting) and we’ll do our very best to get to you quickly. We also believe we are sensibly priced as we hope you’ll come back to us should you need other plumbing or heating work undertaken.

We undertake servicing on most natural gas & LPG appliances, here are a few examples but the list is not exhaustive: -

And we service the appliances to the manufacturers specifications (not just a quick hoover job. . ! ) which generally means disassembling the appliance, inspecting individual parts, thoroughly cleaning and finally testing gas pressures and analysing the flue emissions. Our aim is to leave you with a properly working appliance which means is will be functioning both efficiently and safely.
