Tiger Tone Studio Description
Tiger Tone is a newly refurbished fitness studio where we specialize in only the fun kind of exercise. If you find it hard motivating yourself to go to a dull gym or going for a run fills you with dread, then why not try a form of exercise you actually look forward to doing. Here at Tiger Tone we have lots of fitness classes, workshops and events that are guaranteed to get you giggling all the while toning your muscles, keeping you fit and making new friends. The studio was designed with pole dance fitness in mind. We also have party packages available for that special occasion, such as a hen party, birthday or just an excuse to get together with friends, have a laugh and try something new.

All welcome (from other studios too) - any level of ability! This is a great way to spend a Sunday and try out many different disaplines of aerial!
Lunch not provided so bring plenty to eat. Heels are optional but encouraged for the choreography session. They dont have to be pleasers or stripper shoes - any heels will be fine! Please have leggings for the silks and hoop classes but also shorts for the pole class.

Tiger tone is my second home. Even after a few weeks off the family welcome you back with arms wide open. I've been poling for a long time and these cubs help push you to yoiur limits and bring more progress than you ever think possible!! Never leaving my family <3 I've found where I belong. Amazing instructors and people work you hard and see results highly reconmeded for beginners as well as experts xx xx

Laura & Nat are incredibly friendly, patient, encouraging, pleasant teachers who make you feel like any trick on the pole, hoop or silk is possible. From the moment you enter the studio the atmosphere is warm & inviting. I thoroughly enjoy being one of Tiger Tone's cubs & always walk away from each and every class feeling exhilarated. Thank you lovely ladies x
I spent months trying to find a decent pole studio after moving here from Seattle. I had visited several other "studios" in the area, only to find that they were room rentals with low ceilings and/or stage poles. People were unfriendly and there was no rhyme or reason when it came to what we learned. I had nearly given up hope of finding a studio where I could continue to progress and realise my dreams of carrying on with my competitive goals. And then I found Tiger Tone. Amazing atmosphere that caters to polers of every skill level on real 'big girl' poles. Knowledgable, caring instructors that push you just past your comfort zone while encouraging you even if a particular trick escapes you on a given day. A lively group of ladies of every age, size, and shape, and I LOVE it! I HIGHLY recommend Tiger Tone to anyone interested in pole...or aerial hoops...or silks. It'll be the best investment in yourself you'll ever make.
Had a class here Saturday for my friends Hen Doo! Was brilliant! We all had so much fun! Chocolates + wine on the break + also flowers for the hen at the end were a lovely touch! We also all got certificates at the end would definitely recommend!
Great fun in a friendly environment
Came to my first pole lesson at tiger tone last nite, beautiful studio and very impressed. Felt welcome, I turned up alone and was terrified. Enjoyed class, my teacher Natalie was great and I even enjoyed the warm up, even though I'm aching today!! Thanks for a great experience and making new feel welcome, see you next week!!! Xx
Always have an amazing time at tiger tone, very friendly eviroment, everyone there is lovely! Would recommend it to anyone wanting a fun way to excersise. Wishing I could go more than once a week!!
A great selection of classes with excellent instructors who can put you at ease and give you a great confidence boost. Great facilities with decent amount of parking and great value for money.
Divine Dance is also a great class for those looking to do freestyle pole and dance, something not offered elsewhere local I've found.
Give it a go, taster classes are available so you can try before really committing which is fab!
