Tommy Cuff Coaching Description

Deep tissue massage works both into the superficial and deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue to improve their overall flexibility and function. Working with the body it can break down troublesome knots and adhesions which in turn frees up movement and promotes relaxation. A more specific application of these techniques in the context of sports massage can help in the prevention /recovery of injuries and generally improve overall performance.

Coming from a PT background I am passionate about the body and enjoy tailoring treatments to people's needs; helping them achieve their goals.

Ive been working with Tommy on improving my Strength and condition for BJJ Compettions . Tommys' Knowledge and specific workouts have been key and the results have been amazing , I fully recommend Tommy for anybody who's looking improve their strength and general fitness

Tommy has been a fantastic coach - I started training with a goal to just get fit after not having exercised for a while, and then I got pregnant...this did not stop the goal! I trained right up to due date and I can honestly say, not only did it help with the birth, it helped with the post recovery. 6 weeks after, I was back, and the training was tailored to what I was allowed to do. It was essential to sorting my back pain and lifting kids, as well as getting me back in shape for a wedding I had!!



Tommy’s great advantage in my opinion is that he’s passionate, and also integrates other learning methods he’s trained in into his programmes - for example yoga, and it’s amazing benefits to body strength.



Would highly recommend for quick results and long term body contentment.
