Firstly, I cannot reiterate how well the students and instructors who graded yesterday actually did. The most important thing was not the actual grading, but the tenets of Taekwondo you all showed.
You all have now been given great responsibility, as all the other students in the club will aspire to be like you.
... Remember yesterday, and ingrain in your memories the wanting not to carry on, feeling sick, the nerves and being disappointed with some aspects of your grading, and turn them around.
