Well when you can't get bread, make your own. Very pleased with this for a first time! It's a Wholemeal Spelt loaf as I couldn't get white bread flour.

Just a quick note to all customers with bookings, it's still business as usual for me... Please be aware that as usual all my work surfaces and equipment, food storage are sanitised before and after use. I have not at present shown any signs of illness and hand sanitising and washing is done at all times
