About us at TRP
The Training and Recruitment Partnership Ltd. (TRP), was formed in 1998 to take over the business of the Merton Training Consortium, which had been in existence for fifteen years.
TRP is contracted by the Skills Funding Agency (SFA) to provide good quality Advanced Apprenticeship, Apprenticeship and Train to Gain NVQ training programmes.
Our learners come from a wide geographical area covering the South of England. When companies start with TRP, they tend to stick with us even if they relocate.
All of our learners are in full-time employment.
We are an equal opportunities company that strongly promotes its policy with all employers and learners on TRP programmes. TRP representatives visit all new companies that require staff training.
TRP is a multi-vocational provider with learners working and training mainly within the following areas:
Administration, Accounts, Child Care, Contract Centre Operations, Customer Service, Fenestration, Health & Safety, Information Advice and Guidance, Learning Development and Support Services for Young People, Maintenance, Management, Manufacturing Operations, Motor Vehicle, Painting & Decorating, Plumbing, Site Supervision & Management, Supporting Teaching & Learning and Wood Occupations.
Most ouf our delivery is entirely based in the learner's workplace, however some programmes i. e. Accountancy and Motor Vehicle Trades require one day a week college attendance.
TRP is an approved registered centre with OCR, EDI, CACHE and C& G awarding bodies.

TRP are holding an event for young people and employers in conjunction with this.

We are also looking to recruit a 16-18 year old for a Motor Vehicle Body Repair Apprenticeship. You must have basic GCSE’s, common sense and a passion for cars. Previous mechanical experience is preferred but not essential. Must be able to travel to North West London for day release.
