Established in 2014, ULTIMATE WARRIOR TRAINING has become the number 1 fitness centre in Mid Sussex! In 2015, we won BRIGHT FM’S BEST NEW BUSINESS AWARD!

We are not your run of the mill fitness centre. Whatever your goal, it will be made a lot easier as you will be motivated by your fellow Warriors and Ultimate Trainers. We will be there with you every step of the way to guarantee you the results you have been craving.

ONE TO ONE PERSONAL TRAINING AND GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
As personal trainer's, we realise that each client is motivated in different ways. All our training sessions are tailored specifically to your personality, fitness and mobility levels. We will make each session fun and goal specific with a variety of exercises to motivate and challenge you. Between your personal training sessions, we will provide nutritional coaching and tailored personal exercise plans to achieve even better results.

BOOTCAMP
With up to 28 people per class, each session varies form 45 minutes to 1 hour long class. Vast range of kit from tractor tyres to battle ropes to slam balls to power bags and much, much more.

HIIT
High Intensity Interval Training, it has become the nations fastest growing method of training and it's easy to see why! Each class lasts 45 minutes and is guaranteed to get your heart rate PUMPING. Spin bikes, Power Plates, dumb bells, ski erg, plus much more equipment to our disposal. Hosting up to 8 people per class.

BOXING FOR FITNESS
Hard hitting and fun, using boxing as the focal point of this class. Hosting up to 28 people per class, this is bound to raise your heart rate, burn calories and gain all round strength and fitness. Boxing gloves are provided along with "stay fresh" under gloves.

BEGINNERS BOOTCAMP
Nervous about getting into or back into fitness, this class is just like the regular Ultimate Bootcamp, just with less impact. An eaaaase yourself back into fitness class

Do 2 rounds of this, rep counting!! We added up our total scores... THE SCORES ON THE DOORS WERE....
... Nicky 1638 Reps 🏆 Paul 1564 Reps (bloody good going considering he’s only been doing a week of cardio 🙌)
Here’s how it works...get some weights, use water bottles, bricks, tins of paint, whatever you can get hold of (Nicky used 4kg and Paul 6kg) a pen, piece of paper, timer & some sick beats going to get the heart rate up! BUDDY UP AND CHALLENGE SOMEONE!! On round 2 we tried to smash our personal scores, SET TARGETS AND SMASH THEM (with proper form obvs, no half rep Harry’s please)! Post your scores below, post it on insta/Facebook story/post & tag us, tag it on myzone! 1 minute on each exercise, count your reps, 10 seconds off (write your score down in that 10 seconds)
1: Star Jump Press 2: Side shuffle tap & press 3: Running man alternating bicep curl 4: High knee tricep extension 5: Military alternating press 6: Frog jump to lat raise 7: Weighted squat jumps 8: Jumping jack push outs 9: Plank dumbbell Tap 10: V-sit hold boxing (yes I opted to use the video I messed up on as apposed to the next perfect take because this is real US 😂)
X 2 rounds, total up your score!
And then why not do it again later in the day and see if you can beat it! Add on the 500 rep UWT challenge and you’ve BOSSED the day!!!

**THRIVE NOT SURVIVE**
The love and support from each other, especially at these times is vital and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
We can pop to the shops whenever we like to pick up supplies when needed. But like you, we are worried about our loved ones in these tumultuous times. Especially the vulnerable.
... There are those who are not so fortunate, those who have no family near by and nobody to turn to. A lot of people who live alone and are vulnerable "dont like to be a bother" to protect their pride.

We want to ensure all our Warriors stay FIT, HEATHLY and POSITIVE during this uncertain time of COVID-19. Until the Government advise otherwise, we are dedicated to keeping our doors open by providing a safe place to stay STRONG, FIT, HEALTHY and POSITIVE. UWT ARE OPEN FOR BUSINESS BABYYYYYY!!! We care about your well-being so we have taken the following measures…. As from 16th March... We have created a new timetable and class to ensure you get the most out of your workouts but to minimise the risk!! The class has been created to include all your fav’s (or not!) exercises & equipment! We will be combining HIIT and Bootcamp in one room and there will be NO BOXING Sessions will be 45 min or 1 hour We will be continuing our deep cleaning procedures before, during and after class We are politely asking warriors to reduce time in reception before and after class (don’t have to go home, but you got to get the hell outta here!) No access to class before the start time or after the finish time

Some Warriors previously never stepping foot in a gym, to competing in the first Warrior Games.
... Not just physically, but the mental change is spectacular.
The reason we opened our doors three years ago was to make a positive change to the lives of others and the WG has proved just that
Warriors have gone from never stepping foot in a gym, to becoming some of the fittest we have seen in or out of a gym and going on to compete at the WG.
