OMG!!! What can I say!! I bought a set of unicorn brushes months ago and just recently decided to start using them (they are just too pretty I couldnŌĆÖt bring myself to use them ’┐Į) and one of the brush handles fell off. I was gutted and decided to give Unicorn Cosmetics a wee message to see if there was anything they could do. Turns out I actually bought the set on another site. Even though I didnŌĆÖt buy from them direct they are still sending me a new one!! I only sent them a message 3 days ago and have had regular updates and fantastic customer service. I really canŌĆÖt praise this company enough. Thank you so much ’┐Į’┐Į

These false eyelashes are amazing first pair I have ever bought that donŌĆÖt annoy me and that actually stay on all night! They are so lightweight and look fab but I was disappointed to only get 3 wears out of the unicorn style ones for the price I paid when I have re-used some of the primark ones up to 10 times!!

The customer service is horrible. Thought I ordered a limited edition pack of an item, received 1. So emailed them to let them know how easy this mistake is to make, they basically said it was all my fault and made me feel stupid. I only wanted to make them aware of this easy mistake. Now wording has been changed in description. Absolutely disgusting. Will no longer be buying anything from this brand. Shocking.

Really disliked dealing with the company. They bullied us with legal letters to stop selling fishtail brushes but we found that ours had been sold wholesale for 8 years before they "designed" theirs, just that no one had appealed their patent. Estimate to fight the was ┬Ż12k - ┬Ż18k. Not worth it. Her BF is the "legal director" but they are just a couple who live in a 2 up 2 down...no big company. I would look into their "cruelty-free" lashes as no sourcing of mink is cruelty free.

Pretend to be Cruelty Free but aren't. If you really tell people Minks are 'lightly brushed' to get the fur you are deluded. They are kept in the same fur farms and in horrendous conditions with most being near death and with broken limbs...then skinned alive for fur. Also includes your fur make up brushes. Not Cruelty Free and certainly not vegan

If your order gets lost or stolen, there is no recourse. I might have well lit the money I spent on fire. No refund, no reshipment, and I don't appreciate the subtle suggestion that I'm lying about not having received my order.

These false eyelashes are amazing first pair I have ever bought that donŌĆÖt annoy me and that actually stay on all night! They are so lightweight and look fab but I was disappointed to only get 3 wears out of the unicorn style ones for the price I paid when I have re-used some of the primark ones up to 10 times!!

The customer service is horrible. Thought I ordered a limited edition pack of an item, received 1. So emailed them to let them know how easy this mistake is to make, they basically said it was all my fault and made me feel stupid. I only wanted to make them aware of this easy mistake. Now wording has been changed in description. Absolutely disgusting. Will no longer be buying anything from this brand. Shocking.

Really disliked dealing with the company. They bullied us with legal letters to stop selling fishtail brushes but we found that ours had been sold wholesale for 8 years before they "designed" theirs, just that no one had appealed their patent. Estimate to fight the was ┬Ż12k - ┬Ż18k. Not worth it. Her BF is the "legal director" but they are just a couple who live in a 2 up 2 down...no big company. I would look into their "cruelty-free" lashes as no sourcing of mink is cruelty free.

Pretend to be Cruelty Free but aren't. If you really tell people Minks are 'lightly brushed' to get the fur you are deluded. They are kept in the same fur farms and in horrendous conditions with most being near death and with broken limbs...then skinned alive for fur. Also includes your fur make up brushes. Not Cruelty Free and certainly not vegan

If your order gets lost or stolen, there is no recourse. I might have well lit the money I spent on fire. No refund, no reshipment, and I don't appreciate the subtle suggestion that I'm lying about not having received my order.

Ordered a few times from this company and can honestly say I've never had an issue. My eyelashes came the next day even though I didn't pay for next day delivery ’┐Į’┐Į Super fast delivery and great lashes and glue! ’┐Į’┐Į

Love these lashes my favourite is the Luna fleur. Customer service fantastic. Ordered my lashes and were delivered the next day. So far I have had 6 wears out of them and still look brand new. Definitely my new go to place for lashes. ’┐Į

I received a highlighter brush and set of lashes in the style ŌĆśFluttershyŌĆÖ in JuneŌĆÖs My Glam Box and I canŌĆÖt fault them at all! IŌĆÖm absolutely in LOVE with the brush ’┐Į ItŌĆÖs so soft and perfect for highlighting, I will definitely be purchasing more brushes for here ’┐Į I also loved the lashes too, super fluffy and comfortable to wear ’┐Į Unfortunately I managed to ruin them by not taking them off correctly after a few too many ’┐Į Definitely buying another pair though ’┐Į

Bought peachy pie and cherry top lashes! Only worn peachy so far, theyŌĆÖre lovely, wash well, have no fall out, and dont appear too plastic like others. Also arrived within good time.

OMG!!! What can I say!! I bought a set of unicorn brushes months ago and just recently decided to start using them (they are just too pretty I couldnŌĆÖt bring myself to use them ’┐Į) and one of the brush handles fell off. I was gutted and decided to give Unicorn Cosmetics a wee message to see if there was anything they could do. Turns out I actually bought the set on another site. Even though I didnŌĆÖt buy from them direct they are still sending me a new one!! I only sent them a message 3 days ago and have had regular updates and fantastic customer service.
