With only 8 weeks until Christmas, it's so exciting being an Organiser with Usborne. This will be my second Christmas as an Organiser, and I can't wait to help all my customers find those perfect books for presents! It's one of the busiest and best times to join.

My job allows children to develop a love of books that's job satisfaction. I love running Kankansbookshop fully supported by my mentor Kate.

I joined Usborne mainly to build my language centre's library, to give authentic reading material to my students and get a break from ESOL exams books.I like to be independent and living in Italy restricts the choice of English books one can purchase. My students love the books and all feedback is really positive. The earning side of Usborne was not a priority on my agenda, nonetheless all those free books certainly added a feather to Usborne's cap. Give your students a break and leave gap filling, verb and vocabulary limited books for those who do not want to challenge their students. Language centres now have the freedom to choose with extra bonuses and no hidden strings. Usborne books to inspire!

I have Only been with usborne books for 3 weeks and amazed at how quickly things can progress yesterday's stall we handed out several catalogues to potential customers.

And sold several books.



With in 3 weeks I have managed to place 3 orders just by local selling sights and following my , FROGS for guidance.



I have also managed to book in a party for 1st of August with a new customer who ordered with myself via Facebook.



And I am now linked in with local scout groups for after the summer term to help them gain their reading badges.



This has definatly been the best decision to join such a wonderful and supportive team.



Especially with my anxiety, yesterday I felt a different person and it was almost like it was non existent



I also have two young children, 1 and 2 and it fits perfectly around them



Feeling very confident about the future.

I attended my very first Usborne Books party a couple days ago and it was so much fun! I can't wait to receive the books I ordered and read with my girls! I am looking forward to going to other parties and hosting my own!

Amazing customer service from the head office team.

When I noticed one of my princesses books had a print error ( the first page was in French ) there was no hesitation in offering a replacement to be sent for her.

It arrived today and we are very grateful.

Very pleased with my prize of usborne books , that I collected today, met one of the lovely organisers Jamie Jones today, it was a pleasure to meet her. Can not wait to give my granddaughter these lovely fairytale books, I definitely recommend these books. X

I was invited to a Usborne fb party by a friend for June 11th. I attended and ordered $75 in product. On June 29th the rep posted that I was the grand prize winner, and since i hadnt received my order i messaged her on July 3rd about both the status of my books and the prize. She apologized for the delay (warehouse being moved or something to that effect). After contacting her again, she mentioned on july 5th would mail my prize the next day! Great! On July 12th i received my order (i do actually love the books), but still no prize in the mail, so i messaged her. She replied July 17th that she didnt get a chance to mail it and would do so July 22nd. I messaged her July 29th about the tracking for the prize. She responded Aug 1 saying she hadnt mailed it and would do so tomorrow (sounds familiar huh?). I messaged her again today about tracking info, she has viewed the messaged (facebook shows this) but did not respond. I called the corporate office and sat on hold for 35 minutes before going through to a person to see if they could help facilitate a resolution. The woman i spoke to was kind and willing to try to assist. At this point, i do not think i will accept another usborne party invitation. It took a very long time to receive my books, and then the prize "incentive" to attend a party has been a complete waste of time. I may consider purchasing from a book fair rep with cash and carry, but at this point i am not impressed.

Interesting how my prrevious review "disappeared". Recently left the company- don't expect good customer service or support of any kind. Or a reply to an email enquiry within a week .

Won Halloween book competition and the team where really nice and got my prize sent out really quickly. My kids are over the moon with the books as they are fantastic

With only 8 weeks until Christmas, it's so exciting being an Organiser with Usborne. This will be my second Christmas as an Organiser, and I can't wait to help all my customers find those perfect books for presents! It's one of the busiest and best times to join.

I've only been with Usborne since June and with the support of the company and my fantastic mentor, Katie, I've already promoted to Team Leader. I'm absolutely loving a career that I can do alongside my pre-schooler and my only regret is that i didn't join sooner!

I started with Usborne at the end of November 2017.



We are a family of readers and I want to make sure we stay that way. I have a 9 year old son and a 2 year old son who both adore books. I'm trying my best to spread the love of books to all my son's school friends too.



I am so very impressed with the fast processing of orders as well as the excellent response to queries. I am so pleased that I have joined such a wonderful company who care and want to help customers and Organisers alike.

I started my business at the end of January. Have had several family things to sort out, so am not at the place i'd like to be with my business yet. I absolutely love the range of books for my son & my business & am looking forward to making my business a success.

I started my Usborne adventure in October 2017. I want to offer excellent books in English to the kids who come to my English language courses. And also because I have two small sons, and I want them to learrn English in a fun and colourful way!

I started Usborne just 6 weeks ago and I am really enjoying it. I love the range of fantastic books I can get for my daughter and my business.

I joined Usborne when my twin girls were 18mths, I joined because I wanted to stay home with my children but make money without thinking about childcare. It worked! My girls are 12 now, selling books is fun, flexible and rewarding. I've just organised a bookfair and Sponsored Read event in a school, I just love watching the children get excited by the books. My job allows children to develop a love of books that's job satisfaction. I love running Kankansbookshop fully supported by my mentor Kate.

I joined Usborne mainly to build my language centre's library, to give authentic reading material to my students and get a break from ESOL exams books.I like to be independent and living in Italy restricts the choice of English books one can purchase. My students love the books and all feedback is really positive. The earning side of Usborne was not a priority on my agenda, nonetheless all those free books certainly added a feather to Usborne's cap. Give your students a break and leave gap filling, verb and vocabulary limited books for those who do not want to challenge their students. Language centres now have the freedom to choose with extra bonuses and no hidden strings. Usborne books to inspire!

I joined Usborne Books because I love books! Especially children’s books that bring me right back to my childhood. I was such a shy person and would never have thought I would be talking/advertising/selling to anyone! What a confidence boost it has given me and I’ve made some new friends too!

I joined Usborne 2 years ago as I wanted a box of books for £38 - one of the best decisions I ever made! I now have an amazing career, an amazing team and have been lucky enough to win some amazing amazing prizes (including a trip to Beijing!). Fabulous company to work with, fabulous books to buy.

I have the lovely train book with the wind up train. My grandson loves it but unfortunately the train is broken! Shame . Is it possible to get a new train ?

I have always loved the Usborne brand. I don't think there is any other children's book company which can compete! I loved them when I was a child and now my children love them too.

I have Only been with usborne books for 3 weeks and amazed at how quickly things can progress yesterday's stall we handed out several catalogues to potential customers.

And sold several books.



With in 3 weeks I have managed to place 3 orders just by local selling sights and following my , FROGS for guidance.



I have also managed to book in a party for 1st of August with a new customer who ordered with myself via Facebook.



And I am now linked in with local scout groups for after the summer term to help them gain their reading badges.



This has definatly been the best decision to join such a wonderful and supportive team.



Especially with my anxiety, yesterday I felt a different person and it was almost like it was non existent



I also have two young children, 1 and 2 and it fits perfectly around them

I attended my very first Usborne Books party a couple days ago and it was so much fun! I can't wait to receive the books I ordered and read with my girls! I am looking forward to going to other parties and hosting my own!

Amazing customer service from the head office team.

When I noticed one of my princesses books had a print error ( the first page was in French ) there was no hesitation in offering a replacement to be sent for her.

It arrived today and we are very grateful.

Very pleased with my prize of usborne books , that I collected today, met one of the lovely organisers Jamie Jones today, it was a pleasure to meet her. Can not wait to give my granddaughter these lovely fairytale books, I definitely recommend these books. X

I was invited to a Usborne fb party by a friend for June 11th. I attended and ordered $75 in product. On June 29th the rep posted that I was the grand prize winner, and since i hadnt received my order i messaged her on July 3rd about both the status of my books and the prize. She apologized for the delay (warehouse being moved or something to that effect). After contacting her again, she mentioned on july 5th would mail my prize the next day! Great! On July 12th i received my order (i do actually love the books), but still no prize in the mail, so i messaged her. She replied July 17th that she didnt get a chance to mail it and would do so July 22nd. I messaged her July 29th about the tracking for the prize. She responded Aug 1 saying she hadnt mailed it and would do so tomorrow (sounds familiar huh?). I messaged her again today about tracking info, she has viewed the messaged (facebook shows this) but did not respond. I called the corporate office and sat on hold for 35 minutes before going through to a person to see if they could help facilitate a resolution. The woman i spoke to was kind and willing to try to assist. At this point, i do not think i will accept another usborne party invitation. It took a very long time to receive my books, and then the prize "incentive" to attend a party has been a complete waste of time. I may consider purchasing from a book fair rep with cash and carry, but at this point i am not impressed.

Interesting how my prrevious review "disappeared". Recently left the company- don't expect good customer service or support of any kind. Or a reply to an email enquiry within a week .
