Vets4Pets Canterbury - Wincheap

Yesterday I made the heartbreaking decision to put my little chap, Boggy to sleep and today I found a lovely handwritten card from Companion Care sent to me. Really meant a lot for me to receive that. Thank you for your kindness.

When my pet Suki was diagnosed with Renal Failure, everyone at Companion Care Canterbury did everything to accommodate Suki and myself and made sure she had the best treatment possible. They allowed me to visit her every evening I could to spend time with her while she was being looked after. Thank you all for everything you did.

What a caring group of staff at CC. They made us feel very important and showed compassion, respect and sensitivity when Crunchie left us. The flowers were beautiful and showed of care how much care they have fo their customers and their special pets. Thank you

Very reasonably priced not always fantastic with organization and admin but they do generally care about the animals!

Really good vets. About 3 weeks ago, our 9 year old Staffordshire Bull Terrier Nancy was on death's door with a very nasty uterus infection. She had gone downhill very fast so we made an appointment for that afternoon. Within an hour the vet had called us back and asked us to bring her in asap. They operated straight away and Nancy spent the next few days in special care of the vets who seemed to have fallen in love with her. Out daughter Katie went down there for a couple of hours every day to sit with Nancy and said they were the nicest bunch of people. They went the extra mile for her and really gave her special treatment. Nancy went back today (happily) to have her stitches out. They trimmed her nails while they were at it which Nancy really hates. I can't recommend them enough. Nancy now well enough to want to attack every other dog she sees, as well as anything else that moves, unfortunately.

I have just received a delightful flower arrangement from CC following the death of my lovely old dog called Clyde. It was a hard decision to make, but made easier by the kindness of the staff. Ali (the vet) has seen Clyde on a number of occasions and we both had confidence in her. When the dreadful time comes it is good to know that the staff are all caring and want the best for both the owners and their pets. Thank you to all, especially Ali and the lovely receptionist whose name I didn't get. I would recommend CC to anyone with a pet.

I find the staff her to he very polite and keen to answer questions. I had an emergency with my puppy they saw me come in and took the dog straight away to a waiting vet. I cannot fault these people at all.

Great place, very friendly. Everyone was very helpful and were really lovely when our cat was very poorly. All our pets go here!

Can't say how pleased I am with the service I get from you. Every trip we've had we've received the most helpful friendly service. Me and my puggy lola highly recommended and can't thank all of the staff enough :)

Amazing compassionate people, treated our old boy really well before during and after his operation, also was fair when came to charges. Visited initially on Saturday morning (busy as hell) and the receptionist (Tanya) was really caring in the way she dealt with every individual, even when met by a couple demanding paperwork be signed and getting extremely rude with their comments. (Vets we're dealing with an emergency) thank you to all the staff, and please all keep up the excellent work x

Always been at the end of the phone for advice and they were fabulous when my little lady broke her leg and had to have pins and plates. X

A truly amazing team. They looked after our little Indie and also looked after us when times were hard. They went above and beyond.
