OUR OPENING HOURS DURING THIS LOCKDOWN ARE AS FOLLOWS
MONDAY-FRIDAY - 9AM TO 7PM
... SATURDAY - 9AM - 12PM
FOLLOWING THE LOCKDOWN ANNOUNCED ON 23/3/2020 BY OUR PRIME MINISTER WE HAVE PUT IN ADDITONAL PROCEDURES IN REGARD TO SERVICES AVAILABLE DURING THE LOCKDOWN!
WE WILL REMAIN OPEN FOR EMEREGENCIES ONLY! HOWEVER ADVISE CLIENTS TO CALL US FOR ASSESSMENT BEFORE COMING TO THE SURGERY.
IF THE VET DEEMS IT NECESSARY FOR YOU TO VISIT THE SURGERY PLEASE DO NOT ENTER VIA THE FRONT OF THE STORE AND INSTEAD CALL US WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT THE PETS AT HOME BACK ENTRANCE WHERE A MEMEBER OF STAFF WILL COME TO MEET YOU.
NO MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC ARE PERMITTED IN THE SURGERY AT THIS POINT AT THE PATIENT WILL BE TAKEN THROUGH TO THE VET FOR EXAMINATION. THE VET WILL CALL YOU AND CARRY OUT THE HISTORY GATHERING AND CONSULTATION VIA PHONE. PAYMENT WILL THEN NEED TO BE MADE BY CARD ONLY.
IF YOU PET REQUIRES FLEA AND WORMING TREATMENTS OR REPEAT MEDICATION PLEASE CALL THE SURGERY GIVING AT LEAST 48 HOURS NOTICE AND MAKE PAYMENT IN ADVANCE BY PHONE. WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT THE SURGERY STAY IN YOUR CAR AND CALL US WHEN YOU ARRIVE WE WILL BRING YOUR MEDICATION OUT TO YOU.

We have had a lost rabbit handed into the surgery after being found in somebody's garden this morning in the Northborough area of Slough. The bunny is a large bunny with distinctive black and brown colouring and is very friendly. Unfortunatly there is no microchip!
