We had not booked so very lucky and with a fantastic table space and views inside and out. We felt as though we were in another county as the setting was amazing. The food drink and service was first class all the staff were smart and friendly. We will be going back and have told everyone how fantastic our experience was. Thank you Victors!!

Staff amazing friendly kind very explaining over the menu . Knowalage is 2nd to none . Very helpful. Food some of nisest food I've had in a long time . Nice to have lots of small dishes . Tapas style place . Defo going back. Which I got the waiters name went above and beoned came natural nothing was to much everyone treated the same . Great place

Had the best time with family, absolutely beautiful restaurant/bar, very friendly staff and amazing food/drinks. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to visit again !! �

From the moment we arrived the staff were great and nothing was too much trouble .. food was delicious and loved the sharing concept of small plates of food � very tapas but fine dining...drinks were extremely expensive so settled on a bottle of Italian wine which was lovely �...no smoking policy which could be a reason to give it a go/miss.. sunshine � helped as sat out on the roof terrace but it only lasts till about 2pm so book early ...as the bar tables are very limited in the sun � around the side ... restaurant tables inside and out are plentiful... the evening experience is yet to be tried out but sure to be back soon !!! �

Came to Victor’s to celebrate my friends birthday, travelling all the way from Cardiff! After a slightly rocky start waiting too long for our table Victors Oxford went above and beyond to make our experience as special as possible. The food was amazing, especially the duck and sushi. Lovely cocktails, with a cool twist! Beautiful interiors, tableware and glasses. Can’t wait to visit again!

An excellent contemporary restaurant with a rooftop terrace and cocktail bar. Delightfully attentive staff serving well presented food from a delicious extensive menu. I can’t wait to eat there again! A fabulous evening!

Absolutely love this place. Went there for my daughter's and dad's joint birthday celebration. The food was excellent. The staff were friendly & helpful. Had the Desert platter which came out with fire sparklers and also Victors kindly gave my daughter & my dad an individual pudding for free which also had fire sparklers on. Stayed then in the bar area for a couple of hours and the atmosphere was great. Bar staff also very friendly.

I would highly reccomend a visit to Victors if you haven't been before.

Lovely place, interior is stunning! Slightly miffed we could not sit outside as told you had to reserve a table even though no reserve signs on there! We were offered water so thinking a jug of water on a nice day would be refreshing but not realising you get charged £4 for a bottle 😳 maybe need to be explain that when you offer! We were seated in a really small space it felt uncomfortable and we were told we couldn't move to a different table, my partners glass and plate were dirty! I have rang 3 times regarding this complaint and still nothing has been resolved even after speaking to the General manager Mark such a shame as we were really looking forward to this opening but we have been completely put off and obviously customer service means nothing to victors!!

The restaurant is very beautiful but the service is questionable. The food was average and it comes with a high price tag. After finishing the main, we ordered dessert. It took us more than 40 minutes before it was served. We asked for this menu many times but they did not mention that we have to wait this long.

I was left feeling both upset and livid, after a maintenance man forced his way into my toilet cubicle, after me shouting that I was in there and for him to stop. The door opened about 1ft before I managed to force it shut against him, after the third attempt the man left. This is completely unacceptable.



I raised this to the management after it happened, who only seemed to care about taking my money than dealing with the situation. I had to ask a second time about what happened, only to receive what felt like an unapologetic answer.



For a company trying to be an American style restaurant, the customer service experienced was anything but.

Shocking experience for my birthday breakfast, staff were too busy chatting to serve us and we were the only people there!! The food is very odd, my husband ordered a bacon sandwich and two slices of plain toasted bread arrived with strips of bacon on the side of the plate!! The fruit platter was ridiculously small but when we complined they sent another one for free! Eggs florentine arrived but it was a half portion, half a muffin and one egg! No milk for the tea and the orange juice wasn’t even freshly squeezed! The waitress was very rude so never again!!

The offer was a competition and when you book online you would have received a email to say you have the offer or not and there where already people using the offer that night, so we couldn't have it, we did say again and try to explain but it wasn't worth the argument and embarrassment at the time, we where made to felt like we were in the wrong.

I'm annoyed that after making attempts to contact you about the situation, I am yet to get to the bottom of it.

Customer service is the problem here they are keen to take your money but not be of service when there's a problem

Terrible experience. Staff aren’t welcoming at all. I wont be returning. I can produce better food in my kitchen. Food was bland, overpriced & overrated. Even found a hair in my food. (Manager apologised - gave discount, but we left hungry. So i was disappointed in wasting money) Never did i imagine my experience to go down like that. Waste of time & money. Interior is amazing, just a shame the food isn’t.

Me and my partner came here for our anniversary dinner and the restaurant looked lovely and the staff were very welcoming, However we ordered some drinks waited ages and still no drinks so I had to ask for them again as they had forgotten our order. We were seated in a really small space it felt uncomfortable and we were told we couldn't move to a different table, my partners glass and plate were dirty! I have rang 3 times regarding this complaint and still nothing has been resolved even after speaking to the General manager Mark such a shame as we were really looking forward to this opening but we have been completely put off and obviously customer service means nothing to victors!!

The restaurant is very beautiful but the service is questionable. The food was average and it comes with a high price tag. After finishing the main, we ordered dessert. It took us more than 40 minutes before it was served. We asked for this menu many times but they did not mention that we have to wait this long.

I was left feeling both upset and livid, after a maintenance man forced his way into my toilet cubicle, after me shouting that I was in there and for him to stop. The door opened about 1ft before I managed to force it shut against him, after the third attempt the man left. This is completely unacceptable.



I raised this to the management after it happened, who only seemed to care about taking my money than dealing with the situation. I had to ask a second time about what happened, only to receive what felt like an unapologetic answer.



For a company trying to be an American style restaurant, the customer service experienced was anything but.

Shocking experience for my birthday breakfast, staff were too busy chatting to serve us and we were the only people there!! The food is very odd, my husband ordered a bacon sandwich and two slices of plain toasted bread arrived with strips of bacon on the side of the plate!! The fruit platter was ridiculously small but when we complined they sent another one for free! Eggs florentine arrived but it was a half portion, half a muffin and one egg! No milk for the tea and the orange juice wasn’t even freshly squeezed! The waitress was very rude so never again!!

We had not booked so very lucky and with a fantastic table space and views inside and out. We felt as though we were in another county as the setting was amazing. The food drink and service was first class all the staff were smart and friendly. We will be going back and have told everyone how fantastic our experience was. Thank you Victors!!

Staff amazing friendly kind very explaining over the menu . Knowalage is 2nd to none . Very helpful. Food some of nisest food I've had in a long time . Nice to have lots of small dishes . Tapas style place . Defo going back. Which I got the waiters name went above and beoned came natural nothing was to much everyone treated the same . Great place

Had the best time with family, absolutely beautiful restaurant/bar, very friendly staff and amazing food/drinks. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to visit again !! �

Great Music, lovely staff & amazing food, think we ordered slightly too much though...cant wait to go back & try the other dishes on the menu

From the moment we arrived the staff were great and nothing was too much trouble .. food was delicious and loved the sharing concept of small plates of food � very tapas but fine dining...drinks were extremely expensive so settled on a bottle of Italian wine which was lovely �...no smoking policy which could be a reason to give it a go/miss.. sunshine � helped as sat out on the roof terrace but it only lasts till about 2pm so book early ...as the bar tables are very limited in the sun � around the side ... restaurant tables inside and out are plentiful... the evening experience is yet to be tried out but sure to be back soon !!! �

Came to Victor’s to celebrate my friends birthday, travelling all the way from Cardiff! After a slightly rocky start waiting too long for our table Victors Oxford went above and beyond to make our experience as special as possible. The food was amazing, especially the duck and sushi. Lovely cocktails, with a cool twist! Beautiful interiors, tableware and glasses. Can’t wait to visit again!

An excellent contemporary restaurant with a rooftop terrace and cocktail bar. Delightfully attentive staff serving well presented food from a delicious extensive menu. I can’t wait to eat there again! A fabulous evening!

Absolutely love this place. Went there for my daughter's and dad's joint birthday celebration. The food was excellent. The staff were friendly & helpful. Had the Desert platter which came out with fire sparklers and also Victors kindly gave my daughter & my dad an individual pudding for free which also had fire sparklers on. Stayed then in the bar area for a couple of hours and the atmosphere was great. Bar staff also very friendly.

I would highly reccomend a visit to Victors if you haven't been before.

Lovely place, interior is stunning! Slightly miffed we could not sit outside as told you had to reserve a table even though no reserve signs on there! We were offered water so thinking a jug of water on a nice day would be refreshing but not realising you get charged £4 for a bottle 😳 maybe need to be explain that when you offer! Also nearly £11 for a glass of wine is quite expensive 😯

Food was good but felt a bit cramped where we were sat even though there were plenty of other tables we could have been sat at!

A great experience. Most of the food was excellent. Ravioli was amazing. Definitely not cheap however it is unique - beautiful view, lovely atmosphere and other than a few minor issues on their official opening day, an all round good experince. The complimentary drink for my birthday was very welcome. We will definitely return.

The food was nice but pricey, the waiting staff were not as attentive as we would have liked and didn’t advise us well on the menu so we didn’t really get enough to eat. The cocktails were super tasty though.

After being recommended by friends that used offer from oxford mail to get half price food up to till 13th may thought great we will give it a try.

Was ok waited a while for drinks and food but they where busy so thought fare enough.... had to keep asking for things which did get annoying after a while.
