Most of you who know me, know that I will make any excuse to make a novelty cake. . . I'd do it every day if it meant I wouldn't have all the cake to tempt me!
But. . . on my quest to make even more cakes for everyone's special celebrations. . . Welcome to Voila!
My cakes and all their decorations are completely gluten free and Ceoliac-friendly. When my fiance was diagnosed a few years ago, our house became a militant gluten-no-go-zone. I've learned loads about gluten free baking and how to make it taste exactly the same as my glutinous favourites!
