VW Touareg in for parking sensor diagnosis. After the customer had knocked a pole in a carpark the sensors were always on. After having a visual check we removed the front bumper and saw that one of the sensors had been snapped in half from the impact! When you speak to any of the guys at VRT you instantly know the passion they have for what they do.That passion is obvious across the board. You can expect to receive the type of professionalism that is all to often lacking at a main stealership at a lesser cost. All at the same time knowing your car is in the safest hands. What a service! Dropped in my VW Golf at 1pm to have some work done, at 5.20pm the same day I get a call telling me the car is repaired and ready to collect at half the price quoted by another garage. I won't be going anywhere else apart from this garage in the future.

Two of the nicest people i have met. They have fixed everything that i have destroyed on my car. however much of a pain it is to fix! I tend to come to them ALOT with something new that i have ripped off/blown up/warning lights and even small things like flat batteries and they have always been there to help! highly recommend them to anyone!

The guys at VRT have helped me out countless times over the years, from dub classics to new hot hatches, I'm almost ashamed I have not left a stellar review yet!! They helped me overcome a disastrous steering rack problem in an R32, where every other garage I asked turned away the work or charged a lot more. As a bonus they did all the work overnight!! Most recently​ they have transformed my K1 from stock to a stage 2 monster! Fantastic service, excellent workmanship, and generally a great bunch of guys. I cannot recommend them enough! Thanks VRT!

Spoke to guys a little while ago about having my mk5 remapped.

Never at any point did they push anything on me nothing but genuine advice. Strait up car enthusiasts themselves making all the more reassuring.

Dropped my car off in the morning for a stage 2 remap had it back by the time I finished work the same day. Super friendly and helpful when i picked it up.

Sent my dad down today as he was having really bad problems with he’s car.. was told he needed a new engine control unit,the service we received from John today was second to none, knew what the problem was straight away with no hesitation and it turned out to be a £10 valve and a £30 coil and not a £600 control unit, it was fixed within half hour at a very reasonable rate. Would recommend VRT and John to anyone!

Ryan and his staff are extremely nice people, and really go the extra mile for their customers. They repaired my mk 4 golf and was not one of these companies that over price or are just out to take your money. They have advised me the best way to improve my car within the price range. Always done there best to get my car back to me asap, so it didn't cause me to much inconvenience. I would and have recommend this company to everyone.

Ryan and John have been excellent and helpful each time I have used them and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a honest and trustworthy opinion on any problems with their car. Recently had our golf 2.0 tdi in at VRT, Ryan and John were very helpful in changing the actuator on turbo, and giving it a remap and mot at the same time, saved heaps on dealer prices and very happy with the result. Many thanks

My sons car broke down and the AA towed it to VRT. By early the next day diagnostics had been performed. John phoned with the outcome and under his advice we contacted the customer care centre for Audi. Things are moving forward now. I have to say VRT are very professional and the service we received from John and the team was second to none. Highly recommended.

I used VRT for the first time today after hearing great things about them. The service was fantastic and all work was carried out as agreed. I could tell when I first met John I was going to get good honest advice, with no pressure to do anything that was not necessary. When the car was returned the invoice was very professionally completed giving me the piece of mind that the car had received the same level of service I had been receiving from the main dealer, only at a better price with a more personal service. The paperwork clearly states that original parts were used, the book was stamped and checklist completed in the same manner. I feel this is important as when you come to sell the car it makes the next buyer feel more comfortable that the car has been maintained by experts. I have already booked our other car in and look forward to receiving the same first class service in the near future. Thanks John and Team a truly refreshing experience!!

I used VRT a long time ago and now I have another VW I will be using them again! My father called on their help last week and also found them to be amazing - good, honest, decent guys with excellent customer service skills and superb workmanship.

I look after my car, so when the engine management light ominously flashed on and the car stuttered under load, I needed it looked at ASAP! Called John at VRT and he made time for me the same day. Knowing I had a meeting to get to, John came out laptop in hand, diagnosed the problem and had the part shipped over within minutes. A quick coffee and a bite later and all sorted. VRT is about as good as it gets folks. Thanks guys.

Great support from VRT this week. Blocked heater core after the silica jell pack split and caused my coolant to go bad. Rather than jumping straight to a replacement heater core they managed to unblock and flush it for me which saved me parts and a bunch of labour costs. Really happy to have my car (and heat) back! Will be using VRT for my servicing going forward.

Great guys, great application and flexibility. Really appreciate your fitting of the Milltek, has made the little GTI! Will be back for more super soon! (book me in please!)
