Relive the cinematic magic of these classic films at Vue:

We are frequent visitors as our family give us vouchers for Christmas and birthdays! Never have any problem with parking and always find the staff very helpful!

User

Value for money excellent. Comfort very good. Sound amazing. Food and Sweet's far to expensive, which is why most people take their own, shame only thing that let's them down. Staff very helpful

User

The price of the ticket is really reasonable. The screens are great quality picture and sound. The chairs are comfortable and VIP seats lovely. Maybe the food and drink could be cheaper but you do have the option of taking in your own. I love that they put on so many showings of the films. My only gripe is the queues -you often find the only till open is by the ice cream and all the others are shut.

User

Seats very comfortable and visit experience good. Car park was a bit of a challenge but eventually a space was found.

User

Loved A Quiet Place and the price for a ticket is great. But oh my, someone was eating peanut brittle or something similar and eating sweets with wrappers so that was super annoying in a film about being super quiet. Can’t so much about noisy eaters though eh!

User

It’s the only cinema I go to now! Brilliant sound, picture quality and comfort. The food is amazing and everything is a reasonable price!!

User

I love it...very nice place to take your family....

User

Great customer service. Pleasant staff at all times a great cinema I will be back Thankyou

User

Great cinema, love the online booking, makes life so much easier and you can book the seats you want, great value for money, refreshments are a bit on the expensive side though, other than that perfect.

User

Great cinema, huge screen and a great sound system, but the food is horrendously expensive.

User

Exellent cinema BUT why do they feel the need to charge hideous amounts for drinks and sweets ÂŁ 6 .15 for a bag of sweets and a bottle of water. !!!!

User

Easy to access, near us, usually easy to park, reasonable seat prices and lots of choice what’s not to like!! Although you could put the cost of sweets down a tad!! They are really overpriced.

User

Superb facility, great sound and picture... only gripe is service for sweets etc is very slow..

User

Such a great venue. But just need to improve on the toilets. They are a little dirty.

User

Really enjoyed my visit last night, only comment I would like to make is that I asked for a small coke which cost me over ÂŁ3 and was massive..... I think you need to provide normal sized drinks with normal prices

User

Parking spaces are small, leading to well founded fears of door dents when leaving.

Food and drinks are extremely overpriced but that's the same for any cinema.

I do love how they actually turn the lights completely out for the films, unlike Cineworld, who just dim them.

Screens could be brighter but picture is sharp and colour is good.

Sound lacks bass, but understandable considering you can already hear the sound from the adjacent screens if your movie is quiet.

Overall it's a decent experience, just sneak your own snacks in.

VIP and regular seats are both comfortable.

User

OK so the sound is great screens are huge but ÂŁ2.69 for a bottle of water! Seriously?

User

Nice seats and screen, taking advantage of my 2for1 offer shame the other prices are sky high though only let down.

User

Love the VIP seats! Very good value for money. My only criticism is that you can hear noise from adjacent screens! A bit off putting but won’t stop me from returning as I guess it depends on the film.

User

Love it here. Lovely staff nice and clean and at a price I can effort. Perfect. We never miss a good movie now.

User

Great venue, only thing it could do with is air con

User

Great value for money...as hard as I try...i cannot get used to being told to leave my rubbish at the seat ïżœ

User

An enjoyable visit. Quick service for snacks although, yes, they are pricey, but we often bring our own. Friendly staff. Clean cinema. Clean toilets. Fabulous air conditioning! Thank you!

User

Adverts for Deadpool 2 and Ghost Stories were a little close to the mark on a 12A film, but aside from that a good experience.

User

Went to see Black Panther. I find the food is vastly over priced so won't buy food there. We had to wait whilst they cleaned the room we watched the film in which was an inconvenience. The film though was ace.

User

The food is well expensive....Service was ok though.

User

The cinema is good and clean..the member of staff who served me was quite rude and snappy.. as mentioned by previous reviews the cost of sweets and drink is ridiculously high. Nearly ÂŁ4 for a packet of Haribo that can be bought for ÂŁ1 in most supermarkets. They are nearly the same price as the cinema ticket..

User

Seating was ok. Toilets need a better clean and some sort of scent to neutralise the smell .

Your charges for bags of sweets etc can only be described as a form of licence to print money !!

User

Price of movies very good. Food way too expensive. The orher downside is when you book senior tickets online or via the app you will NOT get senior prices????? Why?????

User

Lovely cinema but ridiculously expensive food and drink and slow service resulting in the last two visits almost missing the beginning of the film because of queues. Every time I book by phone because I can never get the online booking to work they tell me all I need is my card to collect the tickets from the machines but the machines require a reference number which I am never given so I have to queue to collect them.

User

Lovely cinema but food and drink and sweets ridiculous prices 3.49 for hobnob sweets an 3.49 for a pack of Doritos

User

Food and drink way overpriced, and long queue for tickets as only one server.

User

Film was great , but I was very disappointed of the organisation of seating as people had sat in our seats so we sat els where, but then we was in another family’s seats, I had to go and find a manger and the film had started, by time we was all settled and in our seats the film was a good 10 MINS IN !

User

Comfortable seats but just unbelievably extortionate prices for popcorn & drinks

User

Wanted to ID my 17 year old for a 15 film. Manageress got great pleasure out of turning us away I'm sure. Also told me that it said she might be id;d online. You shouldn't assume everyone has the internet and why would I look online when We,ve been about 4 times in the last month and wanted to watch a film we saw on the trailers that said it was a 15?

User

Because I took my son to watch starwars and the fire alarm went off upsetting him and felt he did not enjoy his experience at vue at Westwood Cross yesterday afternoon

User

Unsure why the Vue in Thanet is only showing 3D movies at 9am only and no other times on top titles this is a joke if you ask me!

User

Unbelievably slow service when queuing for drinks, so won’t purchase food or drinks if I go to Vue in future.

Either need more staff or better trained staff.

Film was great & seats were comfortable.

User

Really annoyed by todays experience. Lights came on before the end of the film and the cleaners started picking rubbish up before the end teaser on infinity war which is still part of the film in my opinion.
