Relive the cinematic magic of these classic films at Vue:

User

Great price for tickets, Camberley is nearer but prefer to travel a little to make it an affordable family visit. Clean tidy comfortable standard seats, staff with rubbish bags on the way out although some people chose to leave their rubbish on their seats! Will definitely visit again.

User

Can't fault the cinema or the price really, shame didn't big up and dress up for greatest showman sing a long viewings like cineworld Bracknell did, and no introduction video from Hugh jackman to tell the viewers they were allowed to sing. Apart from the back row today no other person was really singing along or getting involved. May have helped if staff played on the sing a long part of the viewing.

User

At ÂŁ4.99 a film, anytime, I don't think you can beat Vue at Farnborough for value for money, their unit in Camberley charges ÂŁ11.98! The cinema is modern, has good sound and you can book online and select your seats.

As usual, food and drink are pricey - but they are at every cinema, my only criticism would be that some of the corridors are a bit messy with popcorn etc but apart from that, no complaints. Easy to get to and easy to park in the outdoor car park nearby.....

User

It’s a good place but could have done with a better clean as floors were full of popcorn and rubbish!

User

Enjoyed the film. Bought the popcorn and coke which was over £10. I don’t often buy from the counter but on this occasion did as a treat. Sadly couldn’t eat half the popcorn as most of it was tiny little bits. Won’t be buying from them again!

User

We went to see Paddington 2. Funny film enjoyed by all and very good value. We upgraded to the VIP seats.

Experience was ruined by rustling sweetie bags, people talking through the film and the stench of popcorn.

Other than that it's ideal. Parked in The Meads car park and we never bother with drinks.

User

Prices are great at Farnborough but the cinema is let down by some of its unhelpful staff. Most are fine but the odd one lets the side down, they need to work on their customer service.

User

Price of seats very good compared to other Vues but the floor by by the sweets pick and mix was awful - lots of sweets on the floor also the chairs and tables full of empty cartons and popcorn- staff need to keep on top of it!

User

Price is excellent value for money although shame I was constantly distracted with phone lights and people munching. I now know why I wait to see movies at home. Don’t understand why people have to bring a whole meal in with them !!!

User

Nothing wrong with the cinema from my view, cheap tickets but u forgot The guy who served us (Tristan) was extremely rude. Maybe some customer service training would come in handy

User

Everything you expect from a cinema. Really comfortable viewing experience.

Really expensive to eat and drink there!

Why do they overprice food and drink?

User

was waiting in line to be served and the lady at the counter called me over as I was walking over some lady just come marching over from nowhere and went straight to the desk and the lady at the desk didn't even say anything to her just served her.

User

Very very good BUT paid for vip were as nobody else seemesd to bother the popcorn was burnt an the coke was flat as can be..

Disappointed

User

The price to see a film is great. All cinemas should adopt this pricing policy, ÂŁ5pp is great value for money.

The let down however was the customer service.

After getting my wife and children settled in the screen I went back out to purchase some popcorn and drinks. The young guy who served me was not very helpful.

I asked for a regular popcorn and drink and 2 large popcorn and drinks. Bearing in mind I was on my own. The guy put the popcorn boxes right on the edge and when I reached for my card i knocked one of the boxes over.

I lost half of the contents. He didn't seem bothered by it. Then I asked for some help and he said there wasn't any.

A young lady from another till helped me which showed me that with a bit of enthusiasm there was.

So to some up Price of Film, brilliant! service not so good, although I seemed to be unlucky with the member of staff I was served by.

User

So, over £18 later paid to watch Everybody’s Talking About Jamie. Right towards the end the screen cut out and the last crucial part of the performance was gone and it came back up in the finale! I’ve been given a free ticket to come back and watch something else but I would actually like my money back as a whole show has been ruined for me.

User

£5 tickets are great value, however is this worth the venue being used as a cheap refuge for bored young adults who think it’s ok talk through the main feature? Even when management are informed they don’t seem that bothered. Please, please consider a stricter policy on disturbing others in the cinema, step up and chuck them out!!

User

Really let me down when the movie started nearly half was empty and when a couple of hours before I tried to book only could get places on VIP seats ...thank you VUE for make me pay more ...DISAPPOINTED

User

No wonder the price tag of ÂŁ5 pound a person couldn't see half the film due to being a blurry mess!!!!when asked the manager just said yeah the projectors broken!!!!!!!maybe shut it down till it's fixed may save from all the customers from feeling sick

User

I visited yesterday to watch Star Wars The Last Jedi, something I'd been looking forward to for a very long time. Sadly this was a complete non-event as the projector wasn't working, something we found out after 15 minutes of staring at a black screen. Apparently, as staff informed us all, they'd been having problems with that screen for a while. However they still saw fit to attempt to show what is possibly the biggest release of the year on a screen that's likely to malfunction. Not what I'd describe as an intelligent bit of planning. In fairness we all recieved a full refund and a voucher to see another film, but, coupled with the duty manager and staff's somewhat indifferent attitude it was still a disappointing experience. I am hoping to get to see the film soon, but as I am my disabled wife's primary carer, this will mean rearranging stand in care cover, something which doesn't just happen at the drop of a hat. Overall not impressed.
