First time at a Vue cinema. Absolutely amazing experience my children loved it too. Great atmosphere great price.

Finding your Feet was a great film - nice to see something amusing, good acting and a little sad. Highly recommend.

Easter Sunday Peter Rabbit @ 12.30, only 23 people in cinema, girls on desk really bubbly and helpful, we Love Vue, comfy seats not VIP leather too slippery for us, worth driving that bit further to have plenty of choice of times, easy parking never disappointed. Recommend film although personally would not take very young children.

As always, going to the Vue Camberley is a great exerience. We tend to go VIP. The seats are better.

Was a lovely lad on the counter really helpful but after nachos and hotdog was 38.75 for the 10.30 in morning performance, not even prime time, disappointing, will check other cinemas in future

But it very expensive. Need to go a different day x

Loved the film we went to see but the customer service in the foyer was shocking. The queues were horrendous and the staff couldn’t work any slower if they tried, had to ask for a straw for my drink that was so full it was overflowing through the lid. They were so busy discussing with each other about how they like it better busier rather than quieter they just didn’t have a clue. Timed it out to be about a serving time of 5 mins per customer!! 20 mins from collecting our tickets to actually getting to our seats. The film was starting when we finally got in (just lucky that we didn’t miss the start) and the room was so dark a lady in front of us fell up the stairs getting to our seats!! You couldn’t see anything or anyone in there, I get it needs to be dark but when it’s like that it’s ridiculous and possibly dangerous. Better service is needed because every member of staff was to busy talking and messing about with each other.

Why is there no showing on a Friday night (26th Jan) of “Three Billboards” - a film with a huge number of Oscar nominations that was only released on 12 January, while there are still numerous showings of Star Wars? Vue obviously thinks no one in Camberley is interested in one of the best films of the year!
