We're well on the way towards successfully funding our High Ropes Course. Could you help us over the line?

Calling all golfers! We're holding a Texas Scramble at Chiddingfold Golf Club on Friday 8th June - why not join us for a fun day out in the sun (probably)? All proceeds to Walton Firs Foundation. Or you could just go to work instead, but where's the fun in that....?

User

Our first two Pods are ordered and should be ready for use in August. Each one sleeps eight people, and we're sure they're going to be great fun. More funding is en route, so we'll soon be ordering more! Huge thanks to Community Foundation for Surrey for all their support!

And our first 6k finishers....

We're gearing up for our awesome Mud Runner event this Saturday. We've got a 150ft inflatable assault course, and lots more fiendishly filthy obstacles lined up for contestants. Contact us to pre-book your start time, or turn up on the day between 10am and 3pm for the next available starting slot. #getactive #goodcleanfun

Son just returned from cub camp. Amazing experience- he loved it! He has been terribly claustrophobic so I am amazed that he enjoyed the caving experience. Thank you to the instructors for being so patient and encouraging. Fantastic time.

User

My Brownie unit had a great time doing crate stacking and the adventure course. Thank you for a wonderful evening. We'll be back!

If I was still running Cubs and Scouts in the UK, it would be a definite venue for camping. So much to do, and such a beautiful setting. I hope to visit next time I come to the UK.

User

Go There! It is awesome!!!

Really nice site well maintained. Good number of activities on site. The only issue, there is only one leader toilet with a tap that doesn't work. Also there are two leaders showers one of which was out of order. But other than that a great little site, I would recommend it to other Scout troops.

User

My kids have done scout and cubs camping there in the past and loved it. This weekend the centre opened up to the public ┬Ż10 each with tokens to try out activities. For their 1st open weekend there was stuff they could improve on but the overall experience was great for all kids and adults. Definitely going again next year.

User

Just spent the weekend at Walton Firs with around 80 people. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The site is lovely, keep extremely clean, one new shower/toilet block 1 old but both serviced regularly. Fire pits available which the kids loved. Plenty of space for the children to run around and burn up energy. Cant comment on activities as we did our own but certainly looked well organised and plenty to choose from. Would definitely recommend .

User

Great for all ages. My daughters 19 & 21 and myself in my 40's had great fun especially with the staff on the crate building.

User

Fun packed day with plenty to do. Managed to miss the crates and caves, but great fun trying everything else! Open day was a great idea, and would definitely come back as the staff were super friendly.
